What a big step backwards, I've saved money so I can buy this phone to replace my GS2 without a new contract. That's not gonna happen. I wouldnt carry this if Samsung paid me. Redesign and get rid of touchwiz! Its fucking awful.

There is no chance this will stand up, the patent was infringed 5 years ago, if they were really bothered about it and not just looking for some free cash, they would have filed it then. I hope Apple don't settle, I hope they take them to court and wipe the floor with them.
