So awesome! Totally what I used to hate in a car, but it's awesome!!!
Fuck me those 330s are PIMP
Water outlet manifold above the exhaust ports? These guys have done their homework. There is a lot of over-the-top fiddly stuff that is just mechanically impressive (engine porn) and doesn't really need to be there, but this is DAMN good none-the-less.
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. That is a damn tasteful rod!
lol @ the photo you used of the CR-X! Interesting that there are vehicles from all around the world here, plenty of goodies. Never heard of the AMG Hammer and there isn't much focus on the Renault 5's or anything in Australia. But the S4 has earnt its fame everywhere I think. Would have been interesting to have a VL Walkinshaw in there! hahaha but that's a bit of an Aussie-only vehicle.
Sorry guys but the best 80s ad is this one. No questions

@sean klingelhoefer @mynameisasa I don't want to agree or disagree with the post you're replying to Sean. I enjoy the theme of this car but the fact that makes it arguably not feature-worthy is not that it doesn't have a 'long list of mods' (anyone can buy parts) it's that it doesn't seem to have any history. Has he restored it or something? Is there an interesting back-story? The car is almost plain but if he's done a lot of work to it behind the scenes then that's what makes it feature-worthy.
Wow nice trailer too!
Nice nice nice nice nice nice nice.
Hell yeah. The music in this video reminds the shit out of me of NFS Porsche Unleashed, which is not a bad thing hahaha. Love my 911, can't see a trip to Germany on the cards too soon though.
@777 The most 'winningest' car in Australian race history was a white Mini speedway car lol. Not sure which Corolla you're referring to, you'll need to be more specific
So good! Love that Crown wagon, and basically everything else too!
Daaaaaaamn this is good! hahahahhaa
@JoshAlicea Rather a late model standard car that's "refined" to begin with that you don't do any work on? lol
Very nice build. Engine bay is pristine!
@greenroadster lol it's not about him not having an imagination. There is a certain niceness of having the original little six, the bench seat and all that shit.
@tomok Ah yes, most people generalise about the later models rather than the early ones; refreshing to hear someone talk about the chrome bumper cars enthusiastically. From what I've seen on the internet, the A30 definitely seems to be a more popular and more desirable car. We never got them in Australia, but we do have the 130s, 230s and 330s, and the very occasional 2nd generation Gloria (pre-A30). All gorgeous cars
@tomok Gloria was still Prince when this car was made, but when Nissan & Prince combined, the Gloria and Cedric were the same bodyshape for a couple of models (like, 10 years or more). I think the main appeal of the Gloria is normally better trim & option of pillarless.
haha my daily 230 Cedric is a little more extreme than this one, but I totally rate it.
