OK, but it doesn't seem to work for me there. Do you need to enable it somehow?
I'm confused, wasn't this always there in Google Now? I distinctly remember leaving my phone on Google Now/Search screen and saying "Google" and having it prompt for voice input.
Good. Verizon's refusal to give us the better HTC phones (HTC One!) is starting to hurt them. They can't give away DNA! The "Droid" brand is dead. Bloatware should die with it.
Is all of this indicative of Google going more the HTML5 route with its own apps?
You know what? Given the choice, I'd rather they drop the bloatware in their products!
Yes, I still do. There is still no in flight wifi service on flights to China, which I do on a regular basis. Also no wifi on subways. I still have unlimited 4G/LTE data, but I can see where if that goes away, I'd likely buffer my music for rides in the car as well.
Does it suck less than the one on my S3?
I already removed whatsapp from my android because of the creepy number of permissions it requires. I imagine that would only get worse if Facebook takes it over.
Does Google have any idea how much of a parsing nightmare they created by naming a service "Google Now"? Sigh. Is it Google Now doing the pushing or Google at this moment in time?
On the contrary, I'd like to see a Nexus Razr Maxx, something with the Nexus brand that has a kickbutt battery is something I would buy in a heartbeat.
I really think that Google is setting up to jettison Motorola. They really only wanted them for their patent portfolio anyway.
This is the dumbest thing since paying for ringtones was a thing.
I love this idea, but why would they limit it to just the Note 2? The Galaxy S3 could use such a thing.
@BruceWThomasJr @TheDark_Knight Both of you need to get over yourselves. It's a free internet. Say what you want anywhere you want to say it. You're both entitled to your opinions even if the iPhone guy is wrong. :-)
Look at that cute, little 3G-only iPhone! It's adorable. It would make a nice phone for my 4 year old.
@nathan118 Bad example. My arms get tired after about 10 minutes of holding my phone out like that.
My Galaxy S3 is great for watching videos. I've been using it to keep up on the Olympics from everywhere. 4.8" screen paired with 4G LTE service, it really is quite useable. I've noticed that I'm using my tablet a lot less now.
