This Volvo is actually the only reason I like Bryn. Please take care of it and keep us posted with the mods. And I love the 2 seats only setup and roll-cage everything (BTW, you still have room in there to transport something, right? :)))))

Could it be that the 1JZ and 2JZ era will never fade? Seeing that the new engines are fragile and economical, could it be that the old school of engines will thrive many years to come in grassroots motorsport?

@KalleVedlund @RDS  Is that reliable the 1UZ-FE that is worth using in motorsport? Here, we are looking for the smaller and meaner brother, the 1JZ. No one is really interested in 1UZ. It is hard to modify it?

Good luck boys! Nice cars indeed

@AlexLobanov @Ben Schaffer  I use 3mm sheet of lexan and it is great. Very strong. But they all scratch if you are not careful . You can use 2mm for fixed windows (rear) or 4 mm for the driver/passenger doors, to have less flex.

At least, I did it this way and I'm happy

@milkplus @greenroadster  I have as a daily driver a 2014 Focus Wagon Diesel and I had that impression a few times but I put it on the electronics stability program, not on the dynamics of the car. I guess I was wrong. The car is really neutral and really stable while drifting :)))

Ok, so the new RS it will be AWD...but what about the ST commercial that I saw. The cars (hatchback and wagon) pretty much stayed oversteering all the time. And with FWD. It could be that the tuning be so great?

@Mike Garrett @greenroadster  You can bet that if that happens, it will be for the EcoBoost engine. Nobody here is really interested in buying a new car with an American V8 in it. If I want a V8 it will be an BMW, Audi or Mercedes. Throw in a Ford Mustang with the 4 cylinder turbo engine and you will have a big surprise :))) It will be another game.

First I want to clearly say the I hate American cars. They are huge, boring, similar designs, no corner abilities and have interiors like hotel rooms in the '70's. Ahh, and they also need engines twice as big as European cars for the same power output.

But....there's a new car that I love.

The new Mustang EcoBoost.

Man, I just love the new shape, the independent rear suspension and this 2.3 liter turbo engine.

I really do believe that if Ford puts it on sale on every dealership in the world, with this engine not the V8, it will sell like ice cream in a hot day.

BTW, in my country I have to pay 5000 euro to register the V8 and 200 euro to register the EcoBoost.

Also, the annual tax is 1200 euro for the V8 and 110 euro for the EcoBoost.

When I saw "Visit Romania" livery, my heart started to run faster. But the car is in Monte Carlo. Just François Delecour being what it really is - a friend for our Romanian nation. I really appreciate the guy, being active and competitive at his age. Maybe next time SH will show everybody that we really do have quite a few amazing roads in this country - according to Jeremy Clarkson and Top Gear anyway - the Transfagarasan and the Transalpina.

@Speedhunters_Bryn @greenroadster  Plans, that I really do have, plenty of them. Low, brown-dark red, really wide tires, steelies, stock body, stock interior, steel roof rack, tow hook for the trailer with my drift Soarer on it. Oh, with inline 6 turbo and manual 5 transmission. And welded diff. :))
