Great tips! I think the key thing is being able to show the bank your businesses ability to generate revenue and create a profit, as well as showing your own personal investment in the business. Still, bank loans aren't the only option and there are other lenders out there.

I don't think anybody can truly form an opinion on whether psychics are truthful or not until they experience a psychic reading for themselves. People can be too close minded on this subject.
I agree with SavvyExaminer - there are some people out there who truly are blessed with a gift. Their intution is far more sensitive to that of a 'normal' person. This means they pick up on things that nobody else normally would.
That said, I think you sum it up brilliantly when you say our destiny changes from one day to the next. What a psychic tells you is not set in stone and you do have control over your own destiny. A psychic reading should be viewed as simple advice and guidance and a different perspective on things, in my opinion.
