Capaldi is so extraordinary, that in Deep Breath he was already the Doctor for me. As for Missy, still need a little more.

Excellent article! For me John Hurt is nothing but perfect as the Doctor! I'm glad you mentioned the scene he opens up with Clara. Of course his great interacting with the other Doctors, but I especially loved that and his scenes with the Moment.

To be honest, overall I like them all and Eleven had such great moments. But without a doubt Series 8 wins my vote. I loved the stories and this TARDIS team is absolutely thrilling!

Sad for DW, but so so happy for Tennant! Despite the fact that he's my Doctor, he's just an amazing, wonderful actor. Plus, nice to see Billie, Catherine and RTD.

Great articles and choices! And what a beautiful number 1. The ending of Utopia is absolutely awesome (as the episode itself)! I had no clue that would happen. One of the best cliffhanger I have ever seen in any tv show!

Nice to have another impression that fast. For me, Ten's regeneration makes perfect sense. Everything fits because of his personality, all that led him to that moment and what he lost in such short time.

I don't think there should be something like the 50th anniversary, but I'd love a documentary or a minisode.

I won't put in better words than has already been said in some comments, but for me the thing is, yes, all the incarnations are essentially the same person, however the personality changes entirely.

Speaking only about NuWho, I think Ten is the most human Doctor. And because of that and for all that he went through, his regeneration made sense. I mean, for someone with that personality, his life was extremely short.

Plus, I don't understand the problem with "I don’t want to go." It just suits him. He even said something like that in Journey's End, in a more playful way. "I didn't want to (change). Why would I? Look at me."

So, I respectfully disagree from the article.

Both are great. And I especially love the Doctor's speech in The Time, but A Christmas Carol is so magical. That's my vote.

I found the episode amazing, but the sleigh ride and the moments with old Clara were my favorites. Couldn't stop crying in both.

The first one the Doctor seemed so genuinely happy. "Look at me. I'm riding a sleigh."

And the second, oh my, the whole scene was PERFECT for me!

This is extremely cruel DWTV! Love "A Christmas Carol", but I'm going with "Last Christmas", as it is (so far) my favorite of Moffat. It was dark and sad, but also incredibly joyful. Just beautiful!

"The Doctor and Clara will return next year..." I feel so happy right now! I didn't want to, but I thought she was leaving, so that was a Christmas gift for me. Still I can understand those who felt betrayed by the end.

But for me it worked, really loved the episode! Inception is one of my favorite movies ever and I liked how the dream within dream concept was shown and the monsters were quite good.

Anyway, Clara and the Doctor. OMG, I ADORE them! It will break my heart the day that inevitably they will have to separate. But for now I'll enjoy the moment. When she hugged him, I wish I could hug them both! And the sleigh ride was so beautiful! Couldn't hold back the tears, just as the moment they got into the TARDIS at the end.

Really love both, but The Time has some small things that bother me, so I'm going with The Snowmen. It's one of my favorite performances of Matt and it was the episode that Clara got me.

"Clara: What, snow that can remember? That's silly.

Doctor: What's wrong with silly?

Clara: Nothing. Still talking to you, ain't I?"

I don't know exactly why, but I liked her right there. Hated when she died.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I'll go with The End of Time. Definitely not perfect, it's dramatic and can be considered exaggerated. Yet how can I not choose an episode with Wilf? I adore him! And all his moments with the Doctor are simply beautiful!

Can't say I'm a huge fan of either. Even so, Voyage has one of the best speeches of the Doctor and is great when he meets Alonso. But I prefer The Next Doctor slightly more. I guess is the story. And although it's quite sad, I love the final scene!

"All those bright and shining companions. But not any more?

No.

Might I ask why not?

They leave. Because they should. Or they find someone else. And some of them, some of them forget me. I suppose in the end, they break my heart."

Love both actually, but got to be The Christmas Invasion. My first one and favorite of the RTD era. And besides being a special, I think it was a good episode to introduce a new Doctor. Plus I'll never forget Jackie saying: "I'm going to get killed by a Christmas tree!" Oh, I miss her!

I love this finale! Although, I got to say it's very bittersweet. I hate the way Donna left! She went through so much and not being able to remember breaks my heart. For me it only improved a bit when I watched The End of Time and that somehow she was fine and seemed happy.

Apart from that, I loved the whole gang in the TARDIS! That moment will always be wonderful.

Plus, "Rose is coming back. Isn’t that good?” Since I adore her, yes! Throughout the Series I was waiting for her to return and see two of my favorite companions together was real good. And I like her end with Tentoo. At first, I found it a little odd, but I was glad she had a happy ending, sort of.

The resolution bothers me a bit too. However, I think is another great finale of RTD! First of all I loved how the Master appeared and his interaction with the Doctor. Captain Jack once again was excellent. And the chemistry between Barrowman and Tennant is so good! The scene that Jack asks what happened to him shows this perfectly. Also the way that Martha decided to leave just earned my respect.
