@patti is ticked @Rowwdy Case should be tossed based on the prosecution withholding evidence from the Defense, in particular evidence demonstrating:
1. A prosecution witness committed perjury.
2. Prosecutor violated ethics by interviewing a witness with the deceased's mother present. Aside from this constituting misconduct by the prosecutor, it evidently influenced the witness's testimony into pleasing the mother, and even to the extent of perjuring herself.
What confidence can her testimony have now that we can demonstrate that she lied to impress the mother? And what confidence can the Defense have that it has all the evidence collected from the prosecutor?
Seems that the prosecutors withheld information from the defense. Should they not be charged? Should not the charges be dropped based on this?
The prosecutors must apply to the "girlfriend" the same standards of perjury that they applied to Jorge's wife. No?
@JoshuaVogel @Rowwdy Josh: Rowwdy is not "anti-teacher". He is anti-uneducated, lazy, poor-performing worker of any sort, including teacher. And although teachers are required to have a bachelors and masters degree, degrees in "education" are intellectually worthless, and one reason that teacher performance is so low.
These teachers are appalling. They are destroying what should be a profession. Professions don't have unions, or when they do, they demean and devalue themselves. Teachers no longer even have authentic academic credentials, just degrees in "teaching", whatever that means. The results speak for themselves. They get paid more than those of us in real, authentic professions, withe real, authentic academic credentials. They have no performance reviews, jaw dropping retirement and medical benefits, set workday hours as if they were assembly line workers, and even then it is less than 40 hrs, then those months of vacations.
@THEIFAM @realitycheck @Raylmt Yes, the gun manufacturers profit from this crime. But many other companies lose even more money because of this crime. The American tax payer is also a hug loser from this behavior.

@THEIFAM @realitycheck @Raylmt Jorge was not wrong to be suspicious of an unescorted non-resident suspended tattooed teen on suspension whose own school security guard was so suspicious that he had been involved in burglary that he filed a police report. Nor did Jorge's suspicion's justify his shooting this thug; the thug's attack did, however.
@THEIFAM @Raylmt Theifam: Yes, Jorge did pickout Tryavon. According to you, we can count the number of black males that Jorge saw in his neighborhood over the past two years by the number of police calls he made, right?
@THEIFAM @realitycheck I don't know if "thug" is the right word for these white drug heads. Remember, "thug" is the word given to the black criminal ghetto criminals by THEMSELVES. I don't think the scumbags like this drug head call themselves "thugs". I tell you one thing, though, Theifam: if you choose to call them "thugs", you find not one person objecting.

@THEIFAM Lots of adult relatives of thugs have a very rosy picture of the thug. Just read what the mothers say of their sons caught committing horrendous acts.
@THEIFAM Based on the info about this guy, I highly doubt if I would have sized him up as trustworthy. He was 23, living at home, and doing nothing. His FB pages boasted of drug use.
@THEIFAM I oppose all thugs, not just the black ones. I don't know anybody intolerant only of black thugs.
@THEIFAM @MovingOn Those of us who support Zimmerman did not instantly provide him our support upon reading that he was a racist white man who tracked down and executed a child "majoring in cheerfulness" while walking home to spend time with his brother just because the child was black and wearing a hoodie. We provided Zimmerman our support after we learned that the initial reports constituted a fairy tale.

@MovingOn @eclecticsandra I have wondered about that as well, initially when we first learned that Trayvon was a thug boy. If he was going to go back and attack some punck ass bastard who was "looking at" him, he may very well have went to hid any contraband before the conflict, just in case the cops got involved.
@THEIFAM @realitycheck I would not have invited these white murderers to my home. I don't invite people to my home that I do not know. But if they were dressed decently and exhibiting other forms of outward misbehavior such as tattoos, I would not afford them heightened suspicion. Thank you for posting some stories white murderers. The dominating of the crime stats by blacks sometimes does make us forget that there are also plenty of detestable white folks out there, albeit without a built in excuse for why they behave this way. Maybe the lack of that excuse is why a lower fraction of whites behave destructively.
@realitycheck Those poor, oppressed persons. The rest of our callous, hateful, racist behavior has left them no choice but to behave as they do. If only we would stop, then they could stop.
