Leadership Freak
I am part of the internal audit department which has highest attrition in my organization. I am in the mid level position and I find it difficult to motivate the team and keep them going. I sense that their morale is low due to constant travel requirements. I feel helpless and lost at times. How to do I turn the wheel in the given situation?
