@mattuzzi Yes, I liked being able to skip some bosses and change things up.

Apotheosis is doing the same. We've been spending two weeks on each reset lately. We're generally through our farm content midway through raid 2, then we spend 3 raids on progression bosses. It's difficult to get the harder bosses near the end of the instance down without having the time to put in a lot of attempts.
We used to sit new recruits for progression work, but since 70% of our time is spent on new bosses, they get brought in for that too. It makes sense to get everyone experience on the fights, especially when they're going to take 100 attempts to get. We don't recruit people who are hugely behind us on gear though.
Do you have a DK mass gripping the Lightning Balls in after they spawn?

Do you not have other officers (RL, bank admin, recruitment) to share all this work?

I honestly don't think a lack of battle Rez would make anyone play better. I dont think a dos tunnels because they know they'll a BR will give them a second chance. When I die it's because I've screwed up or just didn't pay attention. Whether or not there's a rez available to me isn't something I think about. In an ideal world we wouldn't need battle rezzes, they are a crutch, but I don't think getting rid of them would make anyone a better player or cause anything but extra frustration.

Congrats on 5 years, that's quite the milestone.

A single 25, for sure. First, I just like 25s better. Second, I agree with the other commenters that two 10s do tend to separate into an A and a B team. Multiple teams are harder to balance. I also find that there's not as much camaraderie in the guild when it's split into multiple teams. I'm less likely to get to know the people that aren't on my team. I was once in a guild that ran 4 or 5 10-mans. What a nightmare.

I don't think Druids need a secondary resource to make us more complex. I'd take a fun new spell though (since we haven't gotten one in 2 expansions).
As it is we need to maintain a stack of Lifebloom on someone and keep our Harmony active before we even think about the rest of our healing. New talents like Dream of Cenarius (as icky as it is) will add another layer onto the spells/buffs we must maintain in order to perform optimally. I think a secondary resource would be overkill.
