Wow, this takes the cake for lazy writing. Completely focused on the consumer with zero attention to publishers and how they will make this work - except to note that they must be made to "see the light." The $1.2 billion revenue estimate? Laughable. The American magazine publishing industry brings in about $43 billion a year. Why would they let someone bundle their content and give it away for free, cannibalizing subscription revenue, for a share of your measly $1.2 billion?
