I can't stand this!
It is one thing for willfully ignorant types like those at justice quest to keep parroting the lie that "Zimmerman was told not to get out of the car", but for a professional lawyer to post that nonsense on the official website for her firm is unfathomable.
Attorney Joy Ragan claims to have read all the discovery, yet states unequivocally "We know for sure that Zimmerman was told not to get out of the car." Attorney Joy Ragan has proven herself to be a worhless lawyer who can't parse simple evidence. She also gets this wrong: "There are statements in the discovery which indicate that two men were running. It appears, therefore, that Zimmerman was chasing Trayvon Martin." Joy Ragan, you claim to have went through the discovery. If this were true then surely you would know that this witness, who was not wearing her contacts or glasses at the time, later changed her testimony to one indistinct shadow.
I hope any prospective clients doing an internet search for Attorney Joy Ragan will find this post and save themselves a lot of grief.
I was just reading a global grind article about the sickest stories in 2012. They start with the face eating guy but for the sickest story their chosen winner was some white guy who had sex with a horse.
They somehow managed to miss this story about a guy caught on camera having sex with pitbulls in March of 2012. I wonder why?
Police arrested 19-year old Bernard Archer and charged him with two counts of bestiality.
Lafayette said Archer was supposed to be cleaning out her dog's kennels and doing other work around her home because she paid for him to enter a program to get his GED."Our agreement was if I pay the tuition then he would pay half by working here at my home or whatever I had for him to do. Saturday was his first day to start working," said Lafayette.
Lafayette trusted Archer and she introduced him to her dogs. Now she feels she let her babies down."For him to come on my property and rape my female dogs, that's totally unheard of and that hurt me. I wasn't here to protect them," she said.
Two weeks ago, during an exclusive interview with the Sentinel, Lee disclosed certain details of the investigation and during that session, attended by Serino and others, Serino said his investigation turned up no reliable evidence that cast doubt on Zimmerman's account – that he had acted in self-defense.
"The best evidence we have is the testimony of George Zimmerman, and he says the decedent was the primary aggressor in the whole event," Serino told the Sentinel March 16. "Everything I have is adding up to what he says."

@Randy Pare @snapsbacula "the lead investigator did want to charge George that night but a state attorney and the police chief decided not to." WRONG!
"No one filed a capias the night of the shooting asking that Zimmerman be arrested. The capias request by Chris Serino is dated March 13, 2012. In his 13 page report dated the same day, Serino says he spoke to Asst State’s atty Kelly Jo Hines at 23:45 on 2/26 “and apprised her of circumstances.” There's no mention of anyone having an opinion Zimmerman should have been arrested or was not to be believed." http://www.talkleft.com/story/2012/5/20/6642/30597
Around the same time frame he authored the Capias, the Orlando Sentinel quotes him as saying he "turned up no reliable evidence that cast doubt on Zimmerman's account - that he had acted in self-defense."
@Randy Pare @snapsbacula "Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon, an unarmed teenager, after following him despite 911 requests." WRONG!
Zimmerman replied 'OK' after the non-emergency(not 911) dispatcher suggested (not requested) he no longer need follow the suspect. The prosecutor admitted under oath during the 4/20 hearing that they have no evidence Zimmerman continued to follow or confront the suspect.
The dispatcher also asked Zimmerman to keep and eye on Trayvon twice just before suggesting he no longer need follow. Zimmerman felt a sense of duty to help the police monitor his neighborhood and he could not have been more cooperative.
@Randy Pare "not doing anything wrong walking to the store and back. " WRONG!
Using anything to intentionally cover your face, particularly a hood, as you walk down a public road is in fact illegal in Florida. Dee Dee originally testified to the fact that Trayvon put up his hood because Zimmerman was watching him. This alone justifies Zimmerman finding Trayvon suspicious and precludes allegations of improper 'profiling'.
876.12 Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public way.—No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be or appear upon any lane, walk, alley, street, road, highway, or other public way in this state.
Dee Dee's testimony at around 0:30 in this video.
@markranger @deanno Why are you referring to the black community as the "watermelon crowd", racist?

@rileyjives @BertDilbert @passerby Either you can't read or you can't think.
By threatening suit against a critic in the middle of the case, Corey has put her own financial interests at stake in the outcome and conduct of the prosecution.
Florida has adopted American Bar Association Standards of Criminal Justice Relating to Prosecution Function. ABA Standard 3-1.3 Conflicts of Interest provides in pertinent part:
(f) A prosecutor should not permit his or her professional judgment or obligations to be affected by his or her own political, financial, business, property, or personal interests.
Corey should step down. Now.
@RebeccaB70 @BertDilbert Here is his father saying what an excellent Trademark was before he died.
"I saw a post that D-Wade had saying, `I am Trayvon Martin,'" Tracy Martin said. "To see all these athletes put Trayvon in the same sentence with them, it feels real good. Trayvon was an excellent athlete and if he could hear them saying his name, he would be so moved by it."
@markranger @deanno @stobberdobber Zimmerman was not "proven in guilt in assaulting a cop" you ignorant dolt.
Assault is a violent offense. What part of "without violence" and "nonviolent first-time offender" do you not understand? It was not even a cop, moron.
"In fact, he had been charged in 2005 with resisting arrest without violence during an altercation with a state alcohol officer. Zimmerman wound up in a pretrial-diversion program, a scaled-down version of probation offered to nonviolent first-time offenders."
He was never convicted of any crimes only misdemeanors which means he had no record.
Here is another law St. Skittles was possibly breaking. Didn't Dee Dee originally state Trayvon put up his hood up in response to Zimmerman watching him, presumably to hide his face?

@Rowwdy She already won by default since there was no other candidate to oppose her and it is too late for anybody to throw in their hat and run against her.
The Florida prosecutor who charged George Zimmerman with second-degree murder is going to spend another four years in office.
Angela Corey on Friday won a new term after no one stepped forward to challenge the Republican in this year's election. Qualifying ended at noon.

@Cake or Death @MaggieMoo @stobberdobber Did they actually use the word dollar? Did they just use the the numbers and the prosecutor added dollar signs? I'll wait for the actual recordings and not rely on the prosecutor's spin since they have already proven themselves less than honest.
Nasty Natalie Jackass is delusional!

@riaro No, I don't think SYG is an issue in re case (It's a red herring). Doubt there will even be a SYG hearing and if so surely a loser.

Brandy's porch statement is at around 1:20 in this video.
Dinner in Orlando:
"That night, for example, while his father and Ms. Green were out having dinner in Orlando, Trayvon asked Chad, Ms. Green's son, if he wanted anything from the store." http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/02/us/trayvon-martin-shooting-prompts-a-review-of-ideals.html?_r=1&am p;pagewanted=all
"It's something I will never get over. I had talked to my son between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., then 12-13 hours later I found out that he was dead." http://www.bnd.com/2012/05/24/2187688/tracy-martin-to-tell-youths-stop.html#storylink=cpy#storylink= cpy
Begged for permission:
"The only reason he got a chance to go to the store is because he begged his dad to go," he said. At the time, his father and his fiancée had gone out to dinner and to watch a basketball game, leaving Martin at the townhouse, according to Martin family spokesman Ryan Julison. http://edition.cnn.com/2012/03/30/us/trayvon-martin-profile/?hpt=hp_c3
