@Dirtbag_Blues never seeing the Dodgers in the World Series (cause I was born in '89) never really bothered me until a few years ago (still don't want to acknowledge what changed that.) Earlier I thought this could be the year that changed (the optimist in me, clearly), but I'm hopeful for the near future!
@JoeyE @Joey Caltabellotta glad I missed that!!! wish I could say I'm surprised...but as much as I hate the gnats, them and their fans bring hate to a whole different level. Having lived in norcal my whole life doesn't make it any easier
Great piece Mike...thank you!!! I'm tired of hearing this story line, and trying to explain to people why it's stupid to say it was a bust already. I'm sure it doesn't help that I'm surrounded by giants fans who are always obsessed with Dodgers "failure."

@el serracho Yea, Baggarly just said on espn that the positive test was around the all-star break and the reason it took so long was because they had to go through appeals...so this is final
