@Lobo @Saber Nightmare except most of us kind of stopped caring about Ned giving up mid-low tier prospects for meh relievers.

@Most Valuable foldamort @LiterallyPFP if your F.O. is really gonna have your opinion on Dee Gordon swayed by something like that, your organization has some issues.

@Most Valuable foldamort His trade value is probably still quite high, and I would very much like to explore the idea of trading him for a durable, innings eating #4 starter type.

Totally different than relationship sex.

@Lobo @Paul ran out of puns, is just Paul now The thing is, for the first like 7 or 8 episodes, nothing really happens. It's just setting the scene and establishing the characters so it feels beyond dry, but it gets really rewarding once it finds its stride.

@LiterallyPFP @foldamort I would be interesting to see compelling, statistically significant regressions that demonstrate an actual difference in the attributes that win postseason games vs. regular season games. I'm not saying there's no difference. Perhaps there are some traits that are more advantageous over a short series. I just want to see somebody actually demonstrate it and not just speculate about it or cite anecdotal evidence.

@Jacopo (How is this a bad plan!) @foldamort @Mike Petriello So it's like this. You know when you're trying really hard to think of the word for something, and you can like... imagine yourself having said that word and you know all the words leading up to it and following it in a sentence, but for some reason you're just blanking super hard on what that word is. And then you just say fuck it and go watch some reruns of That 70's Show, and then out of nowhere Fez does something stupid to that makes you think of the word you couldn't remember. That's what we need to happen, but with inexpensive players instead of words.
