Why is it that suing a company who is scraping your content and building a business off of it is considered a bad thing?  Say what you want about Craigslist and their admittedly shitty UI, they have every right to defend themselves against parasites.

I think/hope you miss the opportunity.  It isn't tech startups that need more investors, it is lifestyle business and growing companies that are not sexy and high tech; companies with great potential but not likely to give the 10x or 100x returns that VC demand.
