Bro-ish.... as opposed to looking like what
I love the Don't go to Google to google cloud storage, but when is google going to check their-selves before they wreck our-selves. Granted your readers aren't likely to google cloud storage, but my Mom might or my friends might and there is little done to prevent shady services from getting atop google results.

Now if companies only took a moment to hire BD / Sales people with these requirements they might be better off than targeting someone that has sold "XX" before. i am amazed at how many companies throw up a wish list against the wall and hope to see what sticks. the result are sales forces that blindly dial for dollars
If any company were actually reading this article or trying to hire good people instead of using their internal recruiters to "weed" out those that don't meet their checklists you might get approached by someone decent. agreed it might be a form letter but this isn't some spam operation hoping for a 0.6% response rate, it's a company. Maybe they would be better off sending humorous "nigerian" spam like email to at least get a laugh out of their customers
Ask the trackpad vendors themselves...
Having worked for a company that owned one I can tell you that the PC manufacturers need to drive this issue both to Microsoft and to their vendor. it really shouldn't be all that hard of a problem to solve. Get engineers from OEM trackpad vendors in a room with the software engineers and make it work. Sounds simple i know it's not, but it is not an un-solveable problem. It really falls on the PC guys to spend the money on development and lose the build the cheapest hardware mentality.Something akin to Windows Operating system frequently writing data to the outer tracks of a disk and less frequently in the middle or inner tracks.
