Maybe I'm just slow (more than possible) but when it says "When you cast Greater Heal, there is a 40% chance your next Prayer of Mending will not trigger its cooldown, and *will jump to each target instantly*", how is exactly is that last part different than normal? I mean, I get the cooldown (pretty awesome) but - will jump to each target instantly? Does that mean that it won't need the damage to proc it - it will just heal instantly, "jump", heal again instantly, "jump" again, etc?
Am I just reading it wrong?
People can't click a giant glowing well of light, and now I want them to run on top of a feather when it's not a fight mechanic? Let's not get carried away here.
(But, srsly, it's a neat idea. Just curious how it will play out in a raid situation when there's already so much on the ground. I DO see it being handy for placing it on specific fights in key situations, such as to speed up a tank on his move across the board, speeding up kiters, etc, as long as players know where they are. And it doesn't have the break-on-damage effect that levitate/glyph of speedy levitate does. Or perhaps, I can use it to passive-agressively speed people up when I'm running a dungeon by leapfrogging the feathers...)
