@ESPN

Shame on you, shame on you, shame on you. You call yourself a professional sports news agency and you just took yourself down to the level of that crap I see at the counter of the grocery store before I check out. "Lets look at Sams showering habit's" .... and to the young lady that reported it... Your blatant disregard for questioning what you are about to say is proof positive you need another profession.

It leaves me with only one question... where will I get my sports news because I really can't see myself using ESPN anymore... ESPN.... YOU SICKEN ME!!!

Why not give Kellen Moore a shot? Can it really get any worse? I mean at least you know he's got a drive to thrive in the game and his focus is on the gave and not his excuses. Too many people have been making excuses for Stafford and its gotten to his head. ...anyways, why pay someone to warm people up... it's his 3rd year... make it work already!

 @blametherefs  @Bama33 It is very simple why they won... they had the lead going into the last attempt, they intercepted the ball in the end-zone on the hail-mary and if we want to get technical the ref who signaled the TD ignored, not "didn't see", but IGNORED the push-off in the end-zone for the final attempt and if he would have called that the penalty would have been (by rule) a 15 second run off and loss of down which would have ended the game on turnover (it was 4th down). That is why they won the game... and that's dismissing the crappy defensive pass interference call that kept the ball in Seachicken possession.

l @Andy Tolsma you are being nicer than I, and good on ya' for that... but these jack-wagons got it coming.. Roger is a joke at this point, and he puts jokes of refs. on the field to compensate for his tightwadedness. (go with it, it's a new word to describe ROGER). If he has any, and I mean any integrity he will overturn last nights result and offer the Packers an apology which is well deserved. But he won't cause he's a jack-wagon too.

To the guys who bust their balls giving it all they got... thank you! to the refs who give it to them... YOU GUYS SUCK. forget the fact (and it is) that i'm a GB fan, how in gods good name do you blow a call like that?? Congrat's Roger, you are just as much to blame in this as anyone else, there's no way you could see this and not be ashamed. Roger, you are a tightwad punk and the worst thing to happen to sports in years... fire yourself and give the ref's the $.

So... umm... ....you don't think it a bit presumptive that you have Southwick at the helm at BSU and not Nick Patti??? How bout Coach Pete only loosing 6 games since taking over the program... you don't think that's a good reason to get excited about college football??? MSU vs. BSU as an opening game between these two programs???? .....definitely not showing any biases here are ya..... thanks for Boise State though Aaron..... oh wait, you didn't you mentioned how sorry you felt for Joe having to replace Kellen.  .......no really, good job!

 @DarthProphet I kinda like csf68 comment in regards to the pundits constantly putting BSU's wins as flukes. which in all respects is true. matter of fact, I used to have a lot of respect for "coach" on college football countdown, but after his, "forget boise state" comments (he said it 3x in one sentence) I cant stand him now. I am a passionate BSU fan, but will yield to avoiding foul language about any team except f**king msu. :-) nawwww, but really I have always had a problem with the hypocritical approach some sites let some fans get away with taking crude shots at opposing teams, but to a certain extent I think that your right. It really comes down to personal preference.... and the site you choose to publish at.

Awww, it's ok spartans.... look at it like a good friendship, once the fight is over and we kick your ba**s through the field goal (that might be the only thing we kick through the field goal) we'll pat you on the back and shake hands like the good winners we are. I hope you don't take it personally though, cause really you guys are a good team... really.... ...damn, it's not working:-)

 @nyduck That would be a shame that you decided to stay away based on an optimistic sense of innocence. Yea, people were a lot freer and the innocence of the program was "more for fun".  Be that as it may, we still play for fun... there's just a little more reward when we win.  As the state of college football grows bigger every minute, don't ever believe there's still those out there who still love the game for what it is... a game. I was just saying that it is really sad to see that greedy as**oles  like the ones from LSU and Alabama tout it as a moneymaking issue instead of the game for which it is. I am an optimist. I want to believe that this game is still played with a sense of fairness. That's all I expect, nothing more nothing less.

I don't exactly know why I'm so saddened by the state of the college football awards and the system they operate in, I just know that after watching a great quarterback in Kellen Moore and seeing the way college football did him, I just want to spit in a lot of peoples face. Maybe it's just the optimist in me wanting to believe that it's not just about the money, but I think I should have given that dream up when my mom told me about Santa Claus. It is also my sincere hope that Boise State Joins the Big East and next year gets the all-team invite and not just football only. Maybe, just maybe then that'll shut all the pundits at ESPN and Fox up.

 @CFBZ Respectfully the last time I looked at the schedule (BSU) it had more than 2 games on it., and with all due respect to RG3 the last time a Heisman winner did anything worth while the first year in the league was a long.. LONG time ago. Yea no one really ended with a great performance... including RG3 and a note that I find worth while: Kellen Moore is one man, and as for the 3 incomplete passes, it takes 2 to make it work the guy throwing the ball and the guy catching the ball. Kellen threw fine passes.... check your replay of those passes before you hit on his passing being off.. here's a simple fact, the last time a passer did what Kellen did he got the awards..... A LOT OF THEM.. by the way his name was Colt McCoy. And if you only have 1 gripe with the system and the way it is then there is a lot more issues you need to look at other than no one having a shinning moment that made you cream and go, " yep, he's got it".

When I was a kid the Heisman was an award that I thought was a fair judge of talent and sportsmanship, then again when I was a kid I believed in Santa Claus too. This award has been a bought off piece of hardware for a long LONG time and I find no joy in saying to those bought-off, biased and overpaid JACK WAGONS that vote guys like Kellen Moore off their list because of who he played and not HOW he played that you all can kiss my white Irish a**.  I just won't pay any attention to the awards.... any of them anymore because as far as I am concerned their all bought from big schools who are in automatic conferences, man, this just sucks that I've become this jaded..... and right.

o.k. so I was wrong to come at you like that ty, maybe.... but I could have done it with more class. Its just that class has never been taken into consideration when making a prediction and especially so when people consider the Boise State Broncos. Seriously though, where on gods green earth do you get the b***s to say that Boise is greatly depleted? consider this, for all the guys that are gone, the only position that is left to a true rookie is the QB, and even at that position there have been guys moving in and out to get reps in. Also consider this, Kellen started as a true freshman and lost what, 3 games in his career? so how can you say that because we're depleted we're going to loose to a team that was only as good as cousins was that night (and he's gone too) also take a look at the ranking Boise State has consistently had at defense.... then weigh it against the spartan o line..... do you really think that Lacy is going to have a break out night? The Nick I've previously mentioned is Nick Patti, it might do you and a lot of your readers some good to look at this kid seriously. He's already making headway in the race for the starting position, and coach Pete loves the Idea of having another 4 - 5 year starter in that position. Southwick will remain the backup because he's a damn talented QB, but Pete wants stability at the position, and in case it was lost on you..... I'M SORRY FOR CALLING YOU AN A**

You my friend are and a**. First off it will and you can quote me be a little known Nick who is going to be tossing for an amazing 345 yards for the broncos and scrambling for two touchdowns himself. Daisy, er... Lacy won't even break 100 as the always powerful bronco defense hold the spartans to less than 240 total yards. YOUR CRYSTAL BALL IS BROKEN.Haven't you learned yet that it is never a good thing for anyone to bet against the Broncos on an opening night against a so called "powerhouse" of a football team, but of course coach Pete will give you guys a good talking up because unlike the other cowards in your conference, you at least tried to play us. I only wish the rest of your conference had more guts.

Oh, by the way, since this guys crystal ball is broken I'll give you the score...... BOISE STATE 34 SPARTANS 16

Just once I'd really like to see someone make a list of projected rankings where five quarterbacks that Kellen Moore has beat weren't ranked ahead of him. But knowing Kellen as we all do I know that he wouldn't care... but I do, and I'm tired of the he ain't tall enough, strong enough banter I hear day in and day out. What really kills me is how colt mccoy of texas was bantered up the way he was after accomplishing the same record that kellen beat! That my friend is the very evidence to support how bought off this damn system is... and that is a fact.
