Perfect timing.  Looking to back into all this again myself after a loooonnnng lay off.  In 2010 I was battling stage 3 colon cancer so first, congrats on your recovery nand I can't wait to read your perspective on racing and training through a fellow survivor's eyes.  Good Luck!
