Why the hell do so many people hate Cold War? I'm not too fond of it myself (I would only give it a 6/10) but damn people on here seem to seriously hate it.
32 minutes ago on New Who: The Story Thus Far – Series 7 (Part 2)
Series 7 is the worst series in my opinion and part 2 in particular is the absolute nadir of the revival:
The Bells Of ST John: Aliright, I guess- 6/10
The Rings Of Akhaten: Why does this get so much hate? OK, it's not perfect, but it's good- 7/10
Cold War: Meh. It's OK- 6/10
Hide: Dull, boring, unwatchable, lazy- 3/10
JTTCOTT: I don't even need to explain why this is bad- 3/10
The Crimson Horror: I DESPISE IT! Such a badly written, OTT, unfunny, nonsensical piece of garbage with a bunch of ideas that don't link together at all. Worst episode ever!- 1/10
Nightmare In Silver: Meh- 5/10
The Name Of The Doctor: An admittedly enjoyable finale, but still not great- 7/10

I love how he just laughs in the video when he's asked "Until when"?
15 hours, 17 minutes ago on Capaldi was Adamant About No Flirting in Series 8
Oh, and as for TDTWATW and The Snowmen:
The Doctor, The Widow And The Wardrobe isn't all that bad actually- 5.5/10
The Snowmen: Meh- 5/10
22 hours, 17 minutes ago on New Who: The Story Thus Far – Series 7 (Part 1)
Well, he's easily going to be a great doctor.
Let's just hope Moffat's writing is more up to the quality of The Girl In The Fireplace, Blink and Day Of The Doctor rather than Let's Kill Hitler.
18 hours, 13 minutes ago on Capaldi was Adamant About No Flirting in Series 8
@supermoff The Girl In The Fireplace is Moffat's best work IMO
18 hours, 28 minutes ago on Capaldi was Adamant About No Flirting in Series 8
@MaraBackman @supermoff Series 5 didn't match up to the quality of Series 1, 3 and 4, but it was definitely in a good series. But I thought Series 6 and 7 were both pretty damn rubbish overall, despite some good episodes. So I am pretty mixed on the Moffat era overall.
19 hours, 1 minute ago on Capaldi was Adamant About No Flirting in Series 8
So, 10/10 for everything except The Power Of Three?
Personally, I enjoyed The Power Of Three more than anything else in Series 7. (9/10)
As for the others:
Asylum was pretty good after re-watching, but it's still pretty damn overrated- 7/10
Dinosaurs was alright (don't get why people hate it)- 6.5/10
A Town Called Mercy was ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!- 3/10
Angels Take Manhattan has plot holes, yes, but it's still pretty good- 7.5/10

She is definitely a great character. Happy birthday Eve Myles.
1 day, 17 hours ago on The Evolution of Gwen Elizabeth Cooper
I absolutely hate, hate, HATE it when people refer to Matt's regeneration as the "sneeze regeneration" or mark the regeneration down because of the quick change
1. A regeneration does NOT need fancy special effects to be good
2. He ALREADY let out all the energy on the clock tower, so OF COURSE he's going to change quick
3. I suppose you have a problem with regenerations 1-4?
4. Can you honestly imaging Matt's face morphing into Capaldi's? NO
5. The quick change was fittingly shocking and gave Capaldi's first appearance more impact
6. The point is Matt's final speech was much more effective and true to the character of the doctor than Tennant's pathetic, character butchering "I don't want to go" line.
So there. That is why Matt's regeneration is BY FAR the superior regeneration to the GOD AWFUL 10-11 one.

And, as for Time itself.....I didn't really like it.
2 days, 12 hours ago on Why I Love the 11th Doctor’s Regeneration
While I think the regeneration seemed a bit tacked on, and it didn't make sense after the clock tower regeneration, on it's own it's a pretty damn good regeneration. Certainly much better than.........
The last regeneration (*Shudder*)
@JJ2000 @MeglosProductions The Power Of Three was pretty good for the first 30 minutes. Asylum Of The Daleks was bad from beginning to end.
2 days, 17 hours ago on Five Expectations for Series 8
@robohappy @BobbieBob It's completely fine that Strax is a comedic character, because he's a nurse and is considered the joke of his race (as stated in A Good Man Goes To War) So I'm fine with Strax being a comedy character. What I DIDN'T like was Moffat presenting other Sontarans as comedy characters in Time Of The Doctor. That was a bit of a stupid decision.

@TheOncomingStorm @supermoff @MeglosProductions @JJ2000 Sorry, but I can't understand how Asylum Of The Daleks could be considered better than Dinosaurs On A Spaceship. But it's opinions, then.
2 days, 18 hours ago on Five Expectations for Series 8
I'd rather watch it at home, but it is exciting how big Capaldi's debut is.
2 days, 19 hours ago on Deep Breath To Be Shown in Cinemas Globally
@JJ2000 Am I the only one that preferred Series 7B to 7A? I mean, 7A was just TERRIBLE. The only saving graces of 7A were Chibnall's episodes.
2 days, 21 hours ago on Five Expectations for Series 8
Seriously, why do you specifically mention The Rings Of Akhaten and not any other episode in Series 7? In terms of developing Clara's character, Rings was hands down Clara's best episode. And if she was supposedly "too clingy" in that episode, then why did she CHALLENGE the doctor and reminded him of his promise to "not walk away"? And she went off on her own and ended up helping Merry. And in case you didn't notice, SHE was the one who saved everyone, not the doctor.
So where has this thing about her being "clingy" come from?
No offense, but I can't help but think you mentioned Rings just because it's the most unpopular episode from the series.
3 days, 1 hour ago on Five Expectations for Series 8
Clara was clingy in The Rings Of Akhaten? Uh, that was Clara's best episode (in terms of her character)
3 days, 12 hours ago on Five Expectations for Series 8
@supermoff @Master Michael Moon Definitely.
3 days, 13 hours ago on Moffat Questions “Twelfth Doctor” Title
I bet Moffat makes these controversial statements on purpose so he can start a comments war on DWTV. Then he just sits back and watches it happen
3 days, 15 hours ago on Moffat Questions “Twelfth Doctor” Title
@SliqRik @Notsosmartguy approves of female thor Tennant apparently counts as 2 incarnations because of the regeneration in Stolen Earth. So that makes Capaldi the 14th.
3 days, 16 hours ago on Moffat Questions “Twelfth Doctor” Title
The Moff's got a point. He has referred to himself as "the eleventh" at some points (The Lodger) but he was just referring to his face. He's never ONCE referred to himself as "The ____ Doctor"
3 days, 18 hours ago on Moffat Questions “Twelfth Doctor” Title
Calm down, Moffat :P
3 days, 22 hours ago on Moffat Questions “Twelfth Doctor” Title
@gwylock1 @MeglosProductions Well, it wasn't completely terrible, but it's a mess. You can't follow what's going on half the time and NONE of the cliffhangers are actually resolved.
4 days, 1 hour ago on Happy Birthday, Big Finish! 15 Picks for 15 Years
While Big Finish got off to a REALLY bad start with The Sirens Of Time, they improved and have produced some of the best Doctor Who stories ever written.
My favorite would have to be The Holy Terror, which starts off as a supposed comedic pantomime as you say, but then becomes one of the best and darkest and most horrifying stories ever written.
Happy birthday, Big Finish!
4 days, 11 hours ago on Happy Birthday, Big Finish! 15 Picks for 15 Years
@supermoff @Thesilence_1994 I despised The Crimson Horror. It tried way too hard to be funny, nothing made sense and the villains were poor and over the top.
4 days, 16 hours ago on SFX #251 Previews Series 8
@supermoff @MeglosProductions Ah, thanks.
@Thesilence_1994 Gatiss is a pretty average writer in my view, although I liked Night Terrors. As for Thompson, I'm in the very huge minority of fans who actually like Curse Of The Black Spot, but it was still an admittedly underwhelming episode. And JTTCOTT was complete rubbish. So, another not very good writer.

So, episode 6 is like The Lodger but in Coal Hill School?
OK. I think episode 6 just became my most anticipated episode of the season :D

6 days, 1 hour ago on Moffat: Series 8 Not A Fairytale, There Are Consequences
@TheOncomingSnow @TheOncomingStorm I thought Series 3 was hands down the best of the revival. Daleks In Manhattan and Last Of The Time Lords both sucked, but everything else was completely excellent.
6 days, 12 hours ago on Moffat: Series 8 Not A Fairytale, There Are Consequences
Thank you Moffat, for listening to the complaints of the fan base. My hopes for this series have seriously shot up now :D.
6 days, 14 hours ago on Moffat: Series 8 Not A Fairytale, There Are Consequences
@Huknar @YaelMoise @supermoff I actually think both parts of both series were very mixed.
@Christoph1337 @Gustaff The leaf ending was the PERFECT ending. The point of the episode was that "what came before" (The doctor's memories) was powerful and special, but "what could have been" (The leaf) was even MORE powerful and special. I'm not sure many people get that.
Oh, and Martha was a great companion.
Interviews with Terrance Dicks and Andrew Cartmel?
Nice! My 2 favorite script editors.

@Antee991166 @supermoff @Notsosmartguy approves of female thor I love Attack Of The Cybermen. Really underrated story.
Honestly, I'm not sure I can take the Cybermen seriously in the finale with their new design. They look completely plastic.
@TakeTheType40 is now...CyberDead! @StephenCoppins Silver Nemesis was the actual 25th story, but most fans tend to remember Remembrance (no pun intended) as the 25th anniversary story because:
1. It was a brilliant story that ad many references to the past
2. Silver Nemesis is complete rubbish
