Wow, it's been ages I haven't watched it, I left watch episodes in Spanish and I still don't having Series 3 dvd box.

It's a funny one, the plasmavore is not really scary, but it's a good introduction for Martha and the Judoon.

Watch the series and see if she's coming back or not....quite intriguing, in a sort of weird and fearful way.

Until a certain point I think that the message is a posh way to say 'c'mon dudes, seriously? Series 8 haven't started yet, take it easy, grab a drink and jelly babies and chill. We'll talk about Series 9 when it's its turn'

But, for another, I can't avoid to think if it's a "Look at other side and pretend they haven't catched you" technique for the BBC, trying to get us down meanwhile look for a way to announce it without it looks like they announce it because they've been catched.

My problem with The Christmas Invasion is that, eah, David gets the vibe in 15 minutes, but he's only conscious those 15 minutes, Matt gets the vibe in 15 minutes meanwhile he's on action, and I prefer that to the sleepy David in Christmas.

Like in all, if the story is good all talk good about it and if it's not, we will do the opposite. The Daleks aren't my favourite villains, that position is for Cybermen and Delgado's Master, but I like them and I love Genesis, Revelation, Dalek and Asylum.

6 days, 16 hours ago on Why Capaldi’s Previous Appearances Shouldn’t Really Matter

Reply

I'm in the second side too. I'm not really bother about Capaldi's previous appearances, as I always say, Gedeon Burkhard, Alex Pschill, Colin Baker and the half of th El Comisario's cast did it and nobody gave a damn for it.

If they want explain, go for it, and I hope the explanation is good and fits well with the story of Caecilius and Frobisher, but I've never seen it necessary.

6 days, 16 hours ago on Why Capaldi’s Previous Appearances Shouldn’t Really Matter

I think it could be like a light version of Doctor-Amy-Rory in mid Series 5. Clara feels something special for Danny and wants have her relationship with him separated from her friendship with The Doctor because she thinks they're not going to accept each other or because she fears Danny's reation to the "the Wednesdays when I come out job I travel in Time and Space with a Malcolm Tucker alien look alike on a bigger on the inside 1963 police box" story.

I'm still curious about how The Doctor and Danny are going to meet up, a part of me still thinking in a scene with Clara and Danny flirting on the teacher's room and the TARDIS materialising suddenly in the room, or even better, around them.

Actually, that is one of my reasons I think Clara should eventually leave, because something bad happens to someone beloved to her that makes impossible for her continue with The Doctor.

I think that the relationship between Clara and Twelve should move in the vibe of Four/Sarah or Ten/Donna: best friends having adventures in space and time. I can see Twelve all mentor as Three did sometimes with Jo and Four with Leela, but with Clara, older, more mature and modern that clumsy Jo in the 70s, remembering him that she's a grown up with a life, a job and responsibilities in home.

I kinda like the idea of Clara being a sort of interpreter between The Doctor and other humans in things like "be kind", "have manners", "say sorry for that comment".

About the future, I'm adamant in the thought that I don't want her to die, some people say that if Twelve is going to be dark, kill off Clara is going to be a good manner of do it, but we've seen her die three times yet (counting Journey) and I think that it would be too much clichéd and a bad way to remember her in the future. I'd prefer her stepping out the TARDIS being because she suffers a trauma that makes impossible for her continue with her journeys with The Doctor (that can be dark too), or because she finds something that she wants to do more than tavel with The Doctor.

1 week, 5 days ago on Moffat Would Do ‘Wholock’

I watched Sherlock precisely for all the good things my fangirl friends told me about it, hut once I watched it, I'm still preferring my Inspector Rex. I'm not saying that is a bad series, I'm meaning that it doesn't get me as The Doctor and Rex do it. It's good written and played, Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are two great actors, but there wasn't the click in my head that was the first time I watched Inspector Rex and Doctor Who. In the case that the crossover materialises I'd be OK, but in fairness, I'd prefer a Doctor Rex.

We're trying to get Deep Breath to the cinemas, we're starting to be a big voice in the conventions, even I know someone writing a book about the series. We're still having a problem getting dvds or merchandising, in the Anniversary I had to send like half dozen Doctor Who Magazine to Spain, and tthere's a movement trying to get the books, but we're starting to be strong fandom inside the Spanish fandoms kingddom

I love those little details that link the different faces of The Doctor. I love Pertwee saying that The Green Death flies are beautiful as Tennant says it about the Clockwork Droids and Matt about the Cybermats, or see David, Matt and Peter with the orange space suit.

they help to that sensation that you are viewing the same giy that 50 years ago was a grumpy man parked on a scrapyard.
