I never had grandparents, and envy others with lovely stories like yours ... sending my deepest condolences to you and Noah.

@jshawaii22 @AlexDelarge1 @Forthetruth The downtown "artists" aside, I prefer to pay (at the package liquor stores) what used to be $5 for two big cans of Bud Light than to pay casino prices. It's not the ACLU (and yes, I'm a liberal democrat), it's the City Council bowing down to big "casino" business.

I have five words for you - fuck the Monday morning quarterbacks.

You seem to be an absolutely lovely person. Take a deep breath, hold your head high and hold your son tight. Sending positive vibes in your direction for brighter days ahead.

I live in Vegas, why the HELL would you stay at the El Cortez? It was nasty 25 years ago when we'd end up there drunk at 3 in the morning for the 25 cent breakfast ... can't even imagine how bad it is now! LoL!

Co-parenting is tough even in the best of circumstances. I did it for almost 18 years with my ex-husband, his wife and me. There were many ups and downs - know that as long as all of you are acting in the best interest of Noah, all will work out in the end. Best wishes to all of you!

OMG #56! I'm doing my first 5K on Saturday and I've done NOTHING but bitch about having to get up early on a weekend for it! And I think I'm in love with #60!

I just read the first post about the dog bite and had just donated $10. I just caught up with this post and don't doubt for a minte that you will ensure it goes to someone in need, wether it be this family or another. Bless you and a very Merry Christmas to you and Noah!

This is powerful stuff. I just posted my truth and the relief I felt by putting the words down is immeasurable. Thank you.

Some things are private and personal and should be left as such. Just because you blog about your life does not give us the right to know every single detail. Breakups are sad and messy enough without countless people weighing in their views. Good for you for keeping some things to your self. I wish you the speediest of healing on your emotional journey. I get it, I'm there myself. *virtual hug*
