Great article - really enjoyed this.
"If you already hate an athlete, you’re liable to sculpt his sentences into one, long, middle finger."
This is a brilliant sentence. Thank you.
This is beautiful. Well done.
Great article, really enjoyed reading it. I too am rooting for Royce White to succeed, and have nothing but admiration for the way he's being so candid and honest about his experience. It warms my heart to hear that he is inspiring and helping others as a result.
Great idea and a good read. It would be fun to see a follow-up post breaking down which team would play/eliminate which in a hypothetical playoffs.
I'm enjoying these "conversational" type blogs that HP has been doing recently. Good format - whether two bloggers or the roundtables.
I love Hardwood Paroxysm and read it faithfully. Matt - I especially love how you give young b-ball writers a chance, and I've enjoyed seeing them get a start here and move into other opportunities, because you gave them a chance to build a portfolio. You are the godfather of young talent.
Annoying grammar troll points - shouldn't it be "re-sign", since resign is another word entirely? Also, unrelated to this post, but I'm on a mission to right wrongs - why do so many sports writers use "reigns" when it should be "reins" (ie for a leader to pick up the reins of his team, etc). Thanks, now I've gotten that out of my system. (Clearly I've missed my calling as an editor - if anybody wants a proofreader I'm available.)
I love this line "There are no right anwsers, but there are so many questions". Another excellent article, Danny!
Great article - can Kobe adapt and/or make it work. We will all be interested to see how that works.
I now understand why HoopSpeak live is usually only one hour. You guys were getting totally punchy at the end of this show!
All kidding aside, it was a very good show. Really enjoyed the format of having two guests from opposing teams together to discuss the series. Looking forward to the rest of the playoff editions.

Good summary - enjoyed reading this.
Great article James - really enjoyed it. JJ has become my favourite Raptor over the course of this season, with his hustle and great personality and love of the game. It's nice to see (via your article) that what I believe I am seeing is in fact happening. Thanks!
