Not surprised, but I wish Blink hadn't won.

I am eagerly anticipating the 26th. LONG LIVE DOCTOR WHO!

The fact that all three of the Christopher Eccleston masterpieces (The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, Dalek AND Parting Of Ways/Bad Wolf) is SEVERELY disappointing to me.
That being said, it made this poll a whole lot easier. Family of Blood and The Eleventh Hour
3 days, 14 hours ago on Revival Face-Off: Semi-Final #1
3/4 of my choices didn't make it :/ I guess I'm not the typical whovian.
I must say, I'm disappointed in the episodes which made it this far. But, I vote Eleventh Hour, Name of the Doctor and Day of the Doctor. Easy choices.

Empty Child/ The Doctor Dances
The Parting of Ways/ Bad Wolf (The hardest choice of the three)
5 days, 14 hours ago on Revival Face-Off: RTD Era Triple
This is just unfair to Dark Waters/ Death In Heaven.

I find it clunky. I feel like Moffat couldn't decide on the tone he wanted the episode to follow, so he chose to change it every scene. By no means is it a terrible episode, but I would not compare it against something like Mummy.
1 week ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #11
I believe I will be in the minority here, but Mummy without a sliver of doubt. I do not see where all the praise for Listen comes from.
I am still patiently waiting for Matthew Lewis to be announced as the next companion. MAKE IT HAPPEN, MOFF!

@russell t dalek @SonicTheHedgehogRules I heard those rumors last year. We'll just have to wait and see.
EASILY Flatline. I am absolutely in love with that episode

Sue me, but I prefer Vincent and the Doctor. I like The Doctor's Wife very well, but I have never understood the talks of it being the best episode of all time.
1 week, 3 days ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #8
I think it's recognized as a great episode, but it's never in the conversation when the best of the best are discussed. I would definitely put it in that group.
1 week, 4 days ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #7
Midnight. Always. One of the best episodes of all time. Severely under rated
I went with The Eleventh Hour. What a great introduction to a great Doctor

Finally an easy one. Family of Blood any day of the week.

Silence in the Library. Easy choice for me. Not to say I don't love Blink, but I do find it a little overrated at times.
I went with The Satan Pit
2 weeks, 1 day ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #3
CRUEL. Went with with Empty Child. Because just this once.. EVERYBODY LIVED! Plus Christopher Eccleston is a god among men.

I am assuming you are referring to the monocle being a fob watch. But, as Missy has already returned, I propose that Gus may be the Valeyard. Anything is possible.
2 weeks, 3 days ago on 5 Characters From Series 8 That Should Be In Series 9
D: I loved Chris's Doctor so much. It hurts to think about how good he was and how deprived we have been of him since.
2 weeks, 3 days ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #1
This is pure torture... Dalek is one of if not my very favorite episode of all time, but the parting of ways is SO GOOD.
Easily the best scripts since the show was revived, that is why I am crazy about series 8. Capaldi does an amazing job and Coleman's dynamic with him is wonderful, but those SCRIPTS. AHHH. I can honestly say there was only one episode all series that I didn't absolutely love, and even In The Forest of the Night is growing on me. Bravo to everyone involved in this fantastic series and I am greatly looking forward to series 9.

@Oodkind Our taste in episodes are oodly similar...
@Master Oswald Danes No. Not even slightly. We have PETER FREAKIN' CAPALDI. Enjoy it while it lasts.
3 weeks ago on Moffat on Paternoster Return, Clara’s Original Exit
@Amy Pond- all grown up @Gustaff @TheElusiveWhovian As did Donna. And those are the two best companion runs in NuWho thus far. Coincidence? I don't think so.
I couldn't agree more about the Paternoster gang. They were getting VERY tiresome. Go ahead and give them a spin off, but I won't watch it. They were my least favorite creation of the Moffat Era.
@MrRazza has always wanted to ram something @TheNightmareChild is... Subject Delta My all-time favorite episode now. It is just such a great watch.

Hmmm. Looks like the deathzone from The Five Doctors to me. I would be shocked if they returned to Gallifrey that early, but never rule anything out with a show like Doctor Who.

@Silent_Angel I like the dynamic of differing ages. Having a bunch of older people on the TARDIS wouldn't be too exciting in my opinion.
4 weeks, 1 day ago on Why Shona McCullough Should Return
I definitely want Shona back as a companion. I do not understand why anyone has such a fascination with Ashley. She stood around and said the lines that would help progress the story, nothing more, nothing less. It was a rather boring character in my opinion. Remember, she isn't ACTUALLY a scientist, so using that as a reason for her return is pointless. She sells perfume.
@Chewie2003 I don't know, I think Moffat knew we would go crazy for her. Why else would he include the "Forgive Dave?" bit? It seems as though he was giving himself a reason to bring her back if we liked her as much as he thought we might.
@TARDIS_Ghost I must say, that is an opinion I haven't heard very often. Donna is my favorite (and from what I have gathered, a favorite for the fans too).
Sounds like an opportunity for Fenric to make his return

@nocealvento Not to mention for character development sake. The actors will have an easier job of it if they get their development in a linear order.
1 month, 3 weeks ago on Moffat Confirms His Next Two Stories for Series 9
@Strontium @The Kragle Moffat did say that Toby's was the first two parter, which would imply that episodes 1 and 2 are single episode adventures.
The way he said "some old, some new, some middle-aged" makes me think there may be a classic writer coming back? I don't know how many of them are still working, but that would be quite a treat to see!
Guess I am just going to have to live with the fact that Listen was the most well received episode of series 8. I liked it, but it was only my third favorite. Mummy just in front of it and Flatline miles ahead of everything.

@ Notsosmartguy is gonna miss the Ultimate U. He is a popular actor sharing an opinion on something that is very polarizing. Most would simply not say anything to avoid controversy. Courage indeed.
