@d21 Is it just me or do other people think Nick Collison will someday be one of the great NBA coaching minds???! A better Nate McMillan...

@ElMexiThunder Man, I'm hooked on FOX's show, The Following. It's freakin' intense. But it's already 6 episodes in. If you can find a way to watch it from the beginning. This is a suspense, personified.

@jlamb = kmart I think a lot of people underrate Kmart. Sure he is no last-year's James Harden (but heck, who can be? He was 6th Man of the Year), but take a look around the league...he and Jamal Crawford are the top 2 players coming off the bench with a 2nd team. Kmart is 1st in free throw pct., which we love in OKC, and doesn't need the ball in his hands all the time to be efficient. He is a perfect fit with us, coming off the bench. As far as "bench players" go, we might have one of the best around.

@Gyella @Legendary_Dork @BallSoHard @justin_mia I tend to agree here...plus we have Jeremy Lamb and PJ3 waiting around for next year. I think our bench gets deeper next year with a year under it's belt. Remember Brooks doesn't really let the rookies get too much playing time. It's an odd tendency.

@StretchNeuron @justin_mia Our center position is really thin...literally 7'3-265lb thin, but we don't need a productive center, we just need a space eater. "The Dream" may almost do it. I hope he just gets about 5-7 rebounds and a couple blocked shots and he's more than done his part. But we may have to get back Orton or go after a rebounding PF. On the other hand, the thing I most like about Kevin Martin is the guy is money on the free throw line. And that has always been an OKC trait.

@RRRWHATEVER @MisterJohnsonOKC @justin_mia @Thunder S I'm thinking KD averages 4-5 assists this year. (Starting point to completing his all-around game) And RW gets his assists back up to 7-8. (Making him a scoring POINT guard) Maynor is back, so we shouldn't turn the ball over as much with our second unit while he is at the helm. This should translate to us having a much better assist to turnover ratio, which was our Archilles Heel last year. These are my new hopes for the season. (Since my last hope is now in Houston)
@justin_mia @RRRWHATEVER Hey Justin...I get it. I'm down too. But I think it's just because I loved Harden that much. The thing is, as much as he preached team first, and wanting to be in OKC and taking less. He (or his agent) didn't budge off his number. So Presti did his Presti thing, and got us the best thing out there. I am trying to be positive here and we got us some great talent: PJ3, Lamb, RJ and Maynor back. And don't forget about Kevin Martin, hope he doesn't get injured. We might have gotten more athletic than last year, and we can still fill 2 more slots with free agents. I'm just trying to look at the glass half full.
@ElMexiThunder I heard a story about a man who told his wife, "Honey, I promise someday we'll be rich..." and she replied, "We already are. Someday we'll have money..." There are many ways to be rich in life, and one way is to appreciate each and every Thunder victory in these playoffs.

@Borgothh @BRY BRY @Remify @ATH I tend to lean toward, not so good year. His scoring average is there, but he is taking a lot of shots, and missing them at a pretty high clip. Plus there are rumblings from his other "Big 3" members that they should play inside out to be more effective. He is still basically just doing what he does and not trying to listen to what other teamates would like to try, not very captain-like...just my opinion.

@f5alcon Yeah, I like the fact that our "big" three didn't play well, but we are learning to "will" ourselves to win, like all those championship teams can do on their off nights. We are a totally different team than last year with almost the same players, minus Maynor (who would make us deadly), but we have a swagger this year...

James Harden's value is highly under rated. He is the balance and harmony to this team. We already have a silky, smooth KD and a dynamic, flashy RW, and when they're both on....well, we see they results: OKC can be pretty unstoppable. But when teams key on one of these guys, or when one of them has an off night, which they are rightfully due sometimes, the Beard can fill in either one of these roles and give us that 1-2 combo that usually spells doom to other team on any given night. And some nights when KD and Westbrook are on top of their game, they can catch a breath knowing that Harden and company can continue the flow.
