Absolutely. Bell would be a great addition to the Eagles' secondary for the reasons you mentioned. I hope he gets signed. He's a sure tackler, which they lacked last season, and he's better in coverage than the other safeties. It would also allow the Eagles to have flexibility at the other safety spot, as they could play whoever is performing te best out of Allen, Jarrett, or Coleman. This would be a great move
