Vincent is the winner for me. I cried at that episode. Even though Mummy is really good, Vincent was something else.

Plot twist: Missy is the overly attached Zygon who kissed the 10th doctor and calls him her boyfriend ever since :D

Do you any character the doctor used to call "Missy"? I mean anyone who owned this pet name, similarly how he always called the tardis sexy.
So he got older. ^^ (Happy birthday Doctor, who uses the civil name of Matt Smith)

Missy looks like and evil "shadow" that whispers things into people's ears to hypnotize them.

@thebluetooth Which means absolutely nothing. "Some episodes have little doodles". So not all of them has = There is no pattern it just random doodles.
I really don't get why people hating on this episode. Sure it wasn't on the level of Listen, Day of the doctor or Waters of Mars, but it was a really really good episode and Matt's acting as Mr. Clever was fantastic.

This new writer is superb. His 2 stories Mummy and Flatline already 2nd and 3rd. Just wow. No surprises with Listen though. Hands down that was the best episode this season.
@Antee991166 @Exalos @supermoff needs answers! NOW! I'm easily freaked out by grey UFO stories and abductions and stuff, so they hit the spot for me really well.

@supermoff needs answers! NOW! I still think the silents THE scariest DW monsters ever made. Too bad they turned out to be simple priests and lost their "OMG get those things away from me" factor.
@Antee991166 @Exalos @TheIdleIdol In short (SPILERS FROM TOTV) He is an amagalmy of the doctor's darkness. His first memories are that of being alone in a planet. Later in his years it was discovered that he is a time lord and sent back to Gallifrey where they discovered that his dna is the exact replica of the doctors so he was sent to a shadow house where freaks are kept. There he met a time lord who was jumping in and out of regenerations because of an accident so he started to study regenerations because it interested him. Later he found the doctor and because he had no regenerations to begin with and he was comparable with the doctor, he planned to steal them. However throughout the story is is unclear whenever he lies or not and in the end the scale seems to balance to the side that he lied at least 50% of the time.
@Amy is uniting the Earth Kingdom! Extreme plot twist: Missy is actually a guy with strange hobbies :D Like dressing up as a woman and stuff :F
@Amy is uniting the Earth Kingdom! We know Missy if the Guardian of the nethersphere since August.
@Antee991166 @TheIdleIdol That is kind of my tip too, especially because Moffat brand up the Valeyard in Name. However we pretty much know the tale of the Valeyard from Big Finnish - Trial of the Valeyard and he is after the doctor's regenerations because he doesn't have any (most likely). So i just don't know.
@TheIdleIdol It was the same with Tasha. The doctor knew her but we didn't.
Hey DWTV. Is Missy a new character or someone we saw before in the new or in the classic seasons? You don't have to spoil her identity, but i'm curious about this.
3 days, 23 hours ago on Dark Water TV Trailer
If Missy is a former acquaintance of the doctor, and let's say she is not like Tasha who was also known him, be we didn't and she is not a death reaper or something that the doctor metaphorically knows then my bet would be either of these people: Jenny, Susan, the Valeyard, Rani, Master (these last two is pretty improbable since they should be on Gallifrey), evil Clara echo or one of the doctor's family members we don't yet know, for example a sister.

What was really good in this episode is that it shown how much Clara changed the Doctor and how much the doctor changed Clara. Unlike KTM the doctor wanted to stay and help, even arguing with the sentence Clara said to him, while Clara almost wanted to disregard her pupils just to satisfy her curiosity. In a sense Clara turned into Deep breath's doctor, while the doctor turned Into Series 7 Clara. He became kinder, while his companion became inconsiderate. I also chuckled a few times, for example at the end when the doctor says something like "It would be embarrassing if the earth would be destroyed after all". It was a very enjoyable episode, too bad it wasn't really all that good. Still i think i will give it a 7.

@RossAngusArchibald That's because the tardis wasn't locked. If he locks it he needs the key to open it.

I'm kind of lost with this one. It was all over the place, but overall it was enjoyable. BTW who was that girl at the end who came out of the plant?
No, i think it's actually the contrary. Clara's antics making this doctor shine all the more.
6 days, 16 hours ago on Poll: Is Clara Overshadowing the Doctor?
I quite liked Nightmare in silver. Mr clever was kind of an "Evil doctor" and it was a lot of fun watching the doctor play chess with himself.

I have to go with Mummy. I liked the mystery and the side characters a lot more.

@The12th Agent of C.L.A.R.A @Exalos That's probably default chameleon setup or Tardises chameleoned to the wall of the workshop.

@Shalroth @Exalos That's not a bad idea either.

@MarkLong6 I personally think Time heist was one of the worst episodes this season.
According to Doctor Who extra, the siege mode Tardis is how the Tardis looks like when the chameleon circuit is totally offline. So that is the true appearance of a Tardis. If that's true, then ones we saw in TNOTD are Tardises chameleoned to the walls of the workshop in Gallifrey.
So that's how the tardis looks like when the chameleon circuit is off? Nice.
@BollingerKnickers I think the problem lies with the fact that the new doctor is very different from the previous two and more like the classic ones. On top of it like how it was with the most of the classic series the story is more about the companion and less focused on the doctor, so the pacing feels off for you. Try re watching some of the previous seasons with this mindset and then some the episodes this series again, it might help.
@The Lazy Cat is Watching Some Clara Who Missy: Clara... I am your Mother!
@Antee991166 @Oliver J. "cool" Logic there = Apple -> Forbidden fruit -> Sin -> Evil people. Conclusion: Apple users are evil!
This series is pretty damn good so far! However the next one with a lot of child actors.... I'm not looking forward to that one.....
@Regenerated Catterson And the next one looks painfully bad.
@JustFergames @BritishValdez Some said this 7 weeks ago only with Master at the end. I think she is a new character.
@BritishValdez Really? Someone said it is a cyber ship.
@BritishValdez Bless you!
@IceDaleks Maybe she is the Valeyard muhahahaha!
@Daleky He only activated the tardis with the sonic, when he sent them back. And it's quite logical the Tardis has some kind of lock-down mode against superior technology, like Daleks.
@Gustaff The doctor died 12 times already. Okay he regenerates, but the man he was dies and a new one appears. I know he is fundamentally the same man, but still, it's sad to see a doctor go nonetheless. Also: Ask the guy when Deryl will die in TWD or when Tyrion will die in GoT. Answer: Never, because they are either fan favorites or essential to the story. Same with the doctor and his companions except the companions do die time to time, so tell guy to STFU.

I voted on the doctor and on lights off. Reasons: 1. However powerful and smart the doctor is, it's not his role to decide our fate. He is here to protect us from people who try to destroy us by breaking the laws of the galactic civilizations like the shadow proclamation not to be our God and form the future of our race. 2. Anybody who would let the lights on is... and i'm really sorry to say this... an idiot, or can't really place him/herself into that situation. Let's say you are super smart and you figured the moon will disintegrate and the bits falling off won't destroy the earth. What guarantees that the creature won't be a vicious predator? Sure let's say you somehow came to the conclusion it won't be. You realize the fact that it's game over for the human civilization without the moon right? The earth's axis would destabilize and tornadoes/earthquakes and tsunamis would be ac common as flu. If you want to live in a world like that just to save one creature that possibly comes down and devours you, then you are insane. And there is just no f*kin way you would be able to predict that it lies a new egg right away with the same mass and distance as the moon. It was kind of a plotshield for the earth in the episode anyways.

This episode was pretty damn good. I feel like we saw the doctor's soul in this episode. He is the man who keeps going until he wins, or loses using the most efficient way possible. If 9 was a war survivor 10 was the human expert 11 was the mad professor then 12 is the Detective of alien affairs. He tries to save the people, but do not bothers wasting the precious time has to save the ones he can still save on people he can not save anymore. That's why he seems heartless. For me this was on pair with Waters of Mars. So 9/10.
2 weeks, 5 days ago on Rate & Discuss Mummy on the Orient Express
The doctor. He was 100% right. He is not there to decide how your civilization will continue, he is there to make sure it will. He never promises you that you won't be scared and hopeless, he only promises you an adventure and safety if he can help it. Clara was just whining because for the first time she didn't have her doctor to hold her hand. (And no she didn't really have a chance to decide in TNOTD)
3 weeks, 1 day ago on Kill the Moon: Clara or the Doctor?
@Warisfiller Kill the Moon was okay. Not as good as i though it will be, not nearly the best of this series (Which i think was either Deep Breath, Listen or the caretaker) but still, it was good.
3 weeks, 5 days ago on Next Time: Mummy on the Orient Express
@Timhogan @Exalos The doctor says if they kill the creature the weight of it puts things in order and the moon will not be destroyed, but there will be a huge corpse floating "up there". So it wasn't just about trust. BTW i watched it a second time and so i rethought a few things and it's overall a strong 7 for me, but i still feel this wasn't any better than that. The spider creatures were pretty much unused too. It was good, but i still like some of the episodes of the series more.
