@Doctor When No, it was the Doctor, not Danny, at the end in bed. Also, it appears his future relation is a time traveler, not specifically a time lord.

This looks like it could be really really good

The Eleventh Hour was a sensational episode. Deep Breath was pretty good too, but The Eleventh Hour was perfect as an episode. However, Peter Capaldi I think is as amazing, if not better then Matt Smith's Doctor. So I choose The Eleventh Hour if we are meant to go for best episode, it was just brilliant, but it has no reflection on the quality of the Doctors.

'Never start aith your final sanction.' is what i got, but i think 'aith' is ment to be 'with' because W in Morse Code is like A with one more dash, so guessing its a mistake.

This is really good. I realized that there seemed to be more death in the RTD era then Moffat's a while ago. Adding more death will make things feel more dangerous and with consequence.

If Clara doesn't improve over Series 8 then I hope she goes at Christmas, Moffat doesn't seem to write companions as well as Russel T did.

It seems all your suggestions are from Steven Moffat's era. Were you not a fan of the RTD era?Because personally I prefer it. Yes there are too many scenes to choose from, but I think this one would have been somewhere near the top half of my list.

She only filmed scenes for a day, so I think it's just a small teeny tiny role, BBC only released a press release to hype up the new series that's all. I wouldn't read much further tbh, she said herself she only had a few lines and sang a song that's it.

@Clara Laurinda It wasn't aired on tv over here, only way to watch was through Netflix or Boxsets

Completely disagree with the Turn Left review. Plot holes shouldn't really matter much unless it is relating to big, overarching narrative like in finales etc. I think sometimes you just have to fill in unexplained things with your own ideas about what could have happened, if there was focus on the timey wimey stuff, then it may have taken away from the episode. With The Doctor gone, there's no one to explain how these things happen, and that's ok. This was such a brilliant concept that was wonderfully executed, and it's one of those satisfying episodes of Doctor Who that asks and answers one of many 'What would happen if...?".

Series 2 is bright and wonderful and brilliant. Never knew, but from reading the comments a few others are saying they dislike series 2 the most too. Series 6, possibly 3 too were worse.

The Name Of The Doctor was a poor choice, any of the other finals (apart from The Wedding Of River Song) would have been acceptable, but this ep was poor in several ways

The Empty Child kept me up for weeks when it first aired. Terrific story. Probably one of the only two parters where I like both episodes a lot.

Open World Doctor Who, where you are a parallel universe Doctor, design your Doctor, Tardis, Screwdriver etc, and travel to loads of open world places in time, solve problems, saving people etc
Or a game like, Star Wars Battlefront, but with the Doctors allies and enemies and no doctor.

It's a difficult one. Rose is just fantastic (ha) because it was my first ep of Doctor Who ever, probably the same for many others, and all the rules of Doctor Who were slowly revealed, and it was great at introducing a new generation to the show. However, I just love The Eleventh Hour, possibly my favorite episode ever of Doctor Who. Not sure what it is, but it made the show feel different and new all over again in a magical way. With a solid story from start to finish, I think this is my pick.

Saying bye to Rose on the beach was the saddest moment for me. When The Doctor didn't get to finish, that was it, completely gone. 2nd either Van Gogh in the Gallery or 10's goodbye.
