@thebigdipper yes if you count stats than Wilt is about 50x better he averaged 50 points/27 rebounds/4 assists in one season and holds the record for points in a game and a season and rebounds in a game, a season and a career he even once had a 21 assist game but if Wilt vs Michael Jordan one-on-one he'd probably win... I think the only  reason they count him as not number one is because he has 2 rings. I think Wilt is number one, but because everybody else says MJ is number one I think majority rules are implied

@bbbeee You are obviously a Kobe Bryant fan but just because he is averaging 27.9 PPG doesn't mean he is the best he jacks up about 25 shots per game and LeBron and Durant both shoot at 50% or higher while Kobe is shooting about 43% plus up to this point LeBron is 10-4 in the playoffs, Durant is 9-3 they are both still alive in the Conference Finals while Kobe got bounced out after they took Denver to 7 games and lost to OKC so the new list would probably have to be.

#1) LeBron James

#2) Kevin Durant

#3) Kobe Bryant

#4) Chris Paul

#5) Dwyane Wade

#6) Derrick Rose

#7) Dwight Howard

Why Josh Smith deserved 2nd team.....

. He is a much better dunker than Blake Griffin (Blakes dunks are overrated)

. He can shoot from 10 feet

. He can shoot threes

. He can defend and block shots

. He is a much better all round player

. and he was the biggest snub for the All-Star team these year

This is going to be my last comment ever on this sight because I am switching to Bleacher Report after this so here goes...

#1) Jordan is the greatest NBA player of all time best season 30/8/8/2/1 thats greatness.

#2) I am pretty young (1994) so I probably don't understand what Jordan did.

#3) The 2012 NBA slam dunk contest was the worst ever

. Chase Budinger

. Jeremy Evans

. Derrick Williams

. Paul George (He is going to be great)

Im not even joking.

#4) I love LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat.

#5) I actually have actually watched a lot of games.

#6) I have watched basketball since 2000.

#7) There will no longer be an NBA because it sucks lately get back Iverson, SHAQ, Tim D, and KG (those are the people I grew up watching)

#8) AND FINALLY GOOD BY
