@Ollie Walton Harrod "I actually can't be bothered to read the article" but you feel the need to comment. Self obsession is a poison.
4 days, 17 hours ago on Why I Love the 11th Doctor’s Regeneration
The abrupt regeneration was a refreshing change to the long and drawn out Russell T Davies ego trip for the 10th Doctor.
Steven Moffat put 1000 years of a battle for Trenzalore and a regeneration into 60 minutes that were vastly superior to the 2 hours of self indulgence aka "The End of Time".
Flying Zombie Cannibal Master....no thanks.
Gwen is the greatest companion that the Doctor never had.

@Whovian1500 You're welcome.
5 days, 23 hours ago on Will There Be a 10th Anniversary Special for the Revival?
@Whovian1500 Steven Moffat stated that The Three Doctors was not a anniversary "special" in an interview, Doctor Who magazine If i recall correctly and Mark Gattiss stated the same in the behind the scenes of "An Adventure in Time and Space".
A simple amendment will rectify the issue "some regard the Three Doctors as an anniversary special"
It is not my intention to be "nasty" but I do sometimes point out errors and the fact does remain that Moffat and Gattiss know more about Doctor Who lore than you or I and if that fact offends you then you then you need to grow a thicker skin.

The author missed the point that the "SONIC" now does wood. It took several generations and 400 years but it was shown in Time of the Doctor when the wooden cyberman was defeated by the sonic.

No Master in the finale then.
1 week, 4 days ago on Cybermen Invade London (Again!)
@Whovian1500 It is not regarded as a tenth anniversary "special by Stephen Moffat or Mark Gattiss and they know a lot more about Doctor Who lore than you.
Well said John unfortunately there are many fans who are not happy unless they are bitching.

@The Living Angel "critics who sit behind their keyboards" John Barrowman had you down cold.
The Five Doctors broadcast 23 November 1983 .
The Day of the Doctor broadcast 23 November 2013. do you see a pattern forming?
The Three Doctors was NOT a tenth anniversary special.
It was broadcast 30 December 1972 to 20 January 1973.

I fell out of love with the show when Tom Baker left. I loved the 8th Doctor but, alas, he was a one off.
RTD and Moffat have made great casting decisions and I am very confident for the future of Doctor Who.
3 weeks, 3 days ago on Why We love Doctor Who
@Piramids of Mars one of my first memories was my brother and father making me watch Jon Pertwee change into Tom Baker, it blew my 3 year old mind.
The colour of the Tardis is similar to the 9th and 10th doctors, also the is no Saint John's ambulance bagde from the 11th doctor era. I wonder what that could mean!

@Huknar @Strontium It's not really, not when you get to my age lol
1 month, 2 weeks ago on Is it time for Davros to return?
@Strontium I agree, his miraculous escapes without reference as to how exactly are tedious, but the new Doctor Who is written for an audience that are fresh to the stories and usually do not know all the previous "bug-outs" that Davros has done.
Then again, the same fans are happy to see the daleks return every year (as per the contract negotiations with the estate of Terry Nation)
But this Dalek overload is almost like living through the Patrick Troughton years again.
It would great if the Doctor were to meet a sinister young man on Skaro called Davros.
Big Finish did a fantastic audio book set called I' Davros
Think King Joffrey from Game of Thrones mixed with Hannibal Lecter and you have the essentials of an intriguing story.
Paul McG did a great job with only a few moments of prep and no music to add to the atmosphere.
BRING HIM BACK!

802 another D.A.L.E.K story. I am sick and tired of the Terry Nation estate, I would love to know the agreement between them and the BBC as it has turned an epic enemy into Wylie Coyote

Peter Capaldi waving his arm when he says "We're probably crashing". Capaldi is very much a facial actor so to see him do that was a nod to Matt Smith, I think.

@NeutronFlow @The8thDoctor @MowTheFrontLawn Cheers my friend :D
@NeutronFlow @MowTheFrontLawn It's a combination of dyslexia, enthusiasm and a bottle of wine :)
@NeutronFlow @The8thDoctor @MowTheFrontLawn you got me again lol
@NeutronFlow @The8thDoctor @Liana21 yep :)
@basketcase1880 I wonder if the doctor and the master enjoyed these sweets as kids?
@NeutronFlow @The8thDoctor @MowTheFrontLawn JNT did the show no favours wither tho
@Timhogan @The8thDoctor @Liana21 the problem with the Library is that 10 himself tells the Vashta Nerada to look him up and yet when he tries to have a peek at the diary he is stopped, would he not look himself up in the library instead?
@Liana21 eewww that episode, A big blue box smashes through the window of Hitlers office and the guards do not react, until River Song jumps out of said window. so many plot holes.
@Liana21 That would be epic, River Song flirting with the Classic Doctors, she would be given short shift.
@John Sully @The8thDoctor It would be interesting to see where the 10 doctor thought he was going to die, Trenzalore or Lake Silencio. I am sure he did a futurist "google" on himself.
@MowTheFrontLawn During the Jon Nathan Turner era they used to broadcast mid week, right up against the ITV ratings sucker Coronation Street. It was no wonder the show died, although the production standards had slipped by then.
@Liana21 River Song says that she has pictures of "all his faces" I wonder if that includes The War Doctor and 12 and beyond?
@John Sully @The8thDoctor Yes his memory was wiped but even 10 knew that this regeneration would be his last.
