Notice how every single dalek episode (since the revival at least) has been against humans (other aliens getting involved of course, but humans are always there). That gets boring. Why not mix it up?

@The Trickster's Brigade I personally would love to see an episode full of (slightly more intelligent) Graske up to something

@Typo42 "Magic Carrots" If it's undone know then it isn't an issue, but so you know in the future, go on the article history, go to the vandalised edit and press undo, giving a brief explanation that it was vandalism.
@Oswald Danes Vashta Nerada need to come back if and only if they can do them justice with a seriously good episode. We don't want a repeat of the weeping angels.
I would love to see the rastons back.. Even better would be with hardly any modifications. Honestly, seeing that is one of the creepiest things going.
Out of ten? Eleven.

Enough said ;)

If you define religion as "going to some important building and hearing stories from an old book about a big man in the sky?" then you do not understand religion at all. It has a much greater meaning and importance than that, and the man in the sky is not a man, nor is he in the sky.
"Travelling through space at the speed of light for what you would perceive as 5 years". Assuming hypothetically travelling at the speed of light is possible, you would have no perception of time at all as it becomes effectively infinite / non-existent, so therefore you could not perceive 5 years. But given it is impossible to travel at such a speed, assuming you are just below the speed of light, and you perceive 5 years while the rest of Earth perceives more, it is not technically time travel, like you say. It is just the effect of time dilation, which is not the same as literally travelling in time – it is just where time runs at a different rate.

that remix... brilliant!!

This was absolute genius, well done.

I would just like to say that of course these ratings are not representative of the general opinion, as most of the people on this site are obviously pretty big whovians, hence most episodes score very highly, as is evidenced with only two episodes being less than 5.0.
That said, it says a lot for the overall standard of the show :)

This is interesting.. And controversial. Not all of them deserve to be there in my view, and I can't help but feel there is a bit of bias with some of the more recent ones potentially being ranked higher.

I'd have put the library much higher, and got rid of Kill the Moon, but this looks very very good, well done.

I couldn't vote either. How does one commit such a crime knowing they will have to live with the shame forever?

That clock is seriously cool. I'd maybe change the designs of 2 and 10 to look a bit less cheese-like, but still seriously imaginative.

I wasn't a fan of Martha in series 3 at all, but when she returned in series 4 she was a very different, much more likeable character, which is obviously what RTD had intended to show.
1 month ago on Why I Love Martha Jones
@Missy's vortex manipulator confirmed Maybe the characters themselves, but the storylines are, well, a different story

I definitely felt music score was lacking this year, and listening to the amount of repetition in this, I maintain this view, but what a great list, well done, well done. Fantastic.
I wasn't expecting that number one but I definitely agree with it!
1 month ago on Top 21 Tracks of Series 8 (Part 2)
I don't see how Day has any competition here.
Listen: Overrated, all the ideas were just compiled from other episodes, didn't even make much sense, cringey pathetic speech at the end.
Mummy: Great acting, well executed, not the strongest idea and a weak ending too but nevertheless a complete work of genius.
No doubting what I am voting for.
1 month ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #11
Why why why? The Doctor's Wife just took it for me, but it was unfair having to make that decision.
1 month, 1 week ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #8
Not going to lie, I could have bet my house what number one was going to be, and I would have not lost it. Seriously, with no disrespect to you or your efforts on this article (which is otherwise very good, so well done), this was as unoriginal and as predictable as it gets.

WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME CHOOSE BETWEEN THESE TWO!!?!! I refuse to vote. Sorry everyone, I just can't. They are both utter genius.

Nice idea, but haven't we just done voting similar to this? Would it not be better to just post the scores, end of?
1 month, 2 weeks ago on Revival Face-Off: Round #1
Given what Moffat has said about two part stories potentially being at any point, I really wouldn't be surprised if he shocked us with a three – or even four part episode at the end. That would be quite something.
This was a well written article, well done.

@supermoff, defender of Series 7 I completely agree, but it does irritate me personally when you get comments like this:
5, 7, 8
It kind of defeats the whole point in having a poll.
1 month, 4 weeks ago on Rank the Revival: 2012 Part 2
This is definitely one of the weaker runs of new who. It wasn't bad, by any means other than Night Terrors, which was an absolute mare, but it was not exceptional really.
2 months ago on Rank the Revival: 2011 Part 2
@supermoff I really didn't like this one. From what I saw it was just a load of shouting at the sky, thinking they wanted to take the pandorica, when actually they were just waiting for him to shut up so they could stick him in it.
2 months ago on Rank the Revival: 2010 Part 3
@Ivegotkidneys Or, what if, just what if, we had 5 2-part episodes, and a 4-part episode? I think I would squee with excitement! Regardless of whether or not I get permission

@Djornad It is highly unlikely they will be each an hour long. That was a rumour last year too, and it didn't happen.
There could be a series full of 2-part episodes though!
That said, apparently, according to what I've just read, they are an hour each.
@Mark McCullough Because the episode was about the Doctor trying to 'beat time', so to speak. He said that the laws of time are his, so he believes he can do what he wants.
2 months, 1 week ago on Rank the Revival: 2009-10 Specials
Definitely wasn't expecting that number 1! Well done, very good article. The only thing I really disagree with is Clara and Danny. I didn't think that they were that good together and it was very underdeveloped.

The Library. Easily two of the best episodes ever. Absolutely astonishingly good, there aren't enough words.

I hadn't thought of the idea of her dying before, but that is perfectly possible. In Last Christmas, she was dreaming of getting to an old age, so maybe she knew that that won't happen.

Again another two parter which is simply a masterclass. Was absolutely brilliant. The other two episodes here weren't that great to be honest.

@TheNightmareChild I rewatched that one today. It really was fantastic, the way he did that, and gave them what they wanted.

@Mikeyboss182 Aside from the sheer cringe-worthy nature of it, along with it demeaning itself further by even going to the extend of swapping their names in the titles, and adding Clara's face. It was terrible.
