I love the 6th doctor himself, unfortunately none of his episodes are episodes I would rewatch, because they really didn't appeal to me. When I watched everything in order, it took an eternity to finish season 22, 23 and 24 (I know this season stars the 7th doctor).

@Regenerated Catterson @SonicTheHedgehogRulesThe Twelfth Doctor travels to the ruins of Pompeii in the year 2089. Soon he noticed it's gates are completely intact. Of course it is revealed that the gates are of alien origin and they lead to the Spanish village Forès. I won't spoil the ending for you, because it is planned to be the second episode of series 8. Note that the city only has 50 citizens, the exact number of the crew of some gunship models...

Off all the classic villains I really hate The Rani, she just a bit dull in my opinion (her TARDIS was nice though). Omega however is one of the best villains in my opinion. Other classic villains I'd like to return are The Monk, Sutekh the Destroyer and The Krynoids. I'd also love to see a return of Davros. Except for the Rani, I agree with all your choices.

Wasn't the 5th doctor or 6th doctor regeneration a surprise one? And of course the 1st regeneration was a surprise. I always thought that a surprise regeneration would be better, when I was introduced I knew of the concept known as regeneration, although I thought it happened at the end of every season, so 9th regen wasn't a surprise, but the 10th regen certainly was.

The major problem with the Daleks is that they shout 'Exterminate' about 6 or 7 times and then don't kill anybody... I think they need to bring Davros back, who then sees the fault and creates 'Stealth Daleks' or something like that. Take the 10th doctor regeneration in TSE/JE, the Dalek who shot him didn't say a word. If he were to be the Supreme Dalek, well then... the universe is screwed.

I also like the idea of the Daleks out of control in the asylum. Perhaps Moffat could pen a story where there is a riot and the 'mad' Daleks destroy the parliament of the Daleks. Then they could attack the universe.
