I am on the Clara 'love her' side.  I think her mistakes are very real, believable and human.  I think she was in love with the doctor and could not forgive him easily when he regenerated into an older less 'boyfriend material' Doctor.  she was hurt , and what do we do when we are hurt we lash out.  She got used to it eventually and I think deep down she has found she still has a thing for him which she is finding very hard to let go.

I have also had a really way out idea which I will say anyway even though I am probably barking up the wrong tree:  Could not Danny be a future incarnation of the Doctor? (maybe he does not know it lost his memory etc or he remembers and the person he had to kill maybe in the future is Clara!)  There I have said it. Goodness I must not  let my imagination run away with. me Hee Hee.

It's a shame I was surprised you did not like this one, From the reviews I have read and comments this one was very popular generally and I really like it (Gave it an 8).  I do miss the more lovable Doctor too in a way as 7B series was one of my favourite's.  But I am trying to view Peter C Doctor as my 13 year old self when Tom was at the helm.  It was not much different.  But I think we were spoilt when Matt was the Doctor. !

Good the best three are at the top. The Caretaker should be at number 4 however. Kill the moon should be at the bottom.

Great review. Great episode. I am still giggling at the adams family sight gag. The boneless were very well realised. Especially the giant hand moment made me jump.

Just watched for the second time. I did laugh with the doctors saving the Tardis with the adams family movement. The Square siege Tardis reminded me of the Hellraiser square. Gone up a notch to an 8

Just managed to read the reviews in the latest DWM which I usually enjoy, but I find lately the reviews in DWM are so ......I don't know not enjoyable to read apart from the Mummy one that was good the reviewer managed to convey his enjoyment very well. They need to get the lovely two reviewers on here to do some for them anyone else have this problem. ?

Yes indeed many great moments  Loved this ep.  I also loved the chemistry in the scene when they were just going to go into their sleeping quarters with the conversation re coming around for dinner etc.  Also the sad /smile line was heart-breaking to me. An 8 initially but after seeing it for the second time a 9 out of 10

Hoorah much better than last weeks an 8 from me. Will have to watch it again missed a couple of lines. So pleased that Clara changed her mind. The mummy was very effective with the camera highlighting the dragging foot. Train moving in space was beautiful. Frank S was great shame he did not stick around to be the Tardis engineer. Who is Gus? Great episode a bit slow maybe missing the speed of Matt a bit .

I am on Davids side this week.  Did not do much for me this episode. A couple of good scenes (which I do find in 99% of DW stories even if you don't like the story as a whole)  Quite liked the scene with the yo yo and line's you can keep killing me but I would just keep regenerating for ever.  I also thought the spider/germs were very effective but not used in the right story/ or enough.

The Doctor was right but the way he went about it was wrong He could have supported Clara more she was scared he should have stayed to support her decision

@TheAbsofBoe say mummy is mad

I also think we have a lot of surprises in store.  It would not simply be Clara leaving at xmas to be with Danny really too obvious.  (and boring)  ! More something along the lines of Danny being not as nice as he seems and Clara leaving him to continue to travel with the Doctor would be better.!

Shame Clara is not in it, would have been fun for her to dress up in 1920's dress. Or if she is in it she is very well hidden.!? Looks fantastic.

Dissappointed my lowest mark yet only a 5 did not.have time to get to know or like the supporting actors. Not a likable doctor either. Not sure how it received a 10 from DWTV just getting used to PCs doctor then this happens . However next weeks looks great. Shame really those spiders looked really effective but not used enough. A two parter was needed for this . Sorry to not be more upbeat not usual for me.

I knew this would be the favourite of the new 3 books to feature the 12th doctor so I read it first.  I was not disappointed. Loved it.  I will definitely be keeping this one.  However I do find these Doctor who books are read so quickly.  I could do with a bit old Lord of the rings type book (size wise) so I can get my teeth into.  Never been done before I don't think  Perhaps I should write it. Hee Hee.

I agree the characterisation is brilliant of Clara and Peter's doctor.

some wonderful lines. " did the others before me put up with you" " you look sunburned "

Anyone know why the Doctor said " we are the same age"
