I think there are some brilliant writers, that you haven't mentioned like Tom McRae (rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel, The Girl who waited), Richard Curtis (Vincent and the Doctor) Simon Nye (Amy's Choice) and more recently: Toby Whithouse (School Reunion, The Vampires of Venice, A Town called Mercy), Neil Gaiman (The Doctors Wife, Nightmare in Silver) and possibly Neil Cross. Concerning series 8 people I' welcome back Jamie Mathieson and Peter Harness was quite nice too. Oh, and obviously "The Moff"!

I just had a thought: if the woman in the shop would've nevergiven Clara (or whoever she is) the phone number, she would never have met the Doctor. He would still be in victorian london. But no, if he would be in victorian london and clara still on earth, then the events of "Day of the Doctor" would never have happenen = Gallifrey would've been destroyed. But with Gallifrey destroyed the whole Trenzalore conflict would never have happened, no silence no cracks, no River (at least not in this form). So after the freshly regenerated eleventh Doctor crashes into Amelias garden, she would have parents and no crack in the wall, without Clara all of Matt Smith era is rewritten, aswell as the series 4 two parter 'Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead'.

@The Finn See, I have a theory: what if missy and clara had boddy swapped. Just look at the surprised missy when she wakes up, thats possibly not missy but clara waking up. Brrr! That sends chills down my spine!

@ilyootha "Tv production perfects DW episodes quality. There is perfect writing. There is perfect acting. Question: why is there no such thing as a really good AI Score for a DW episode?"

I actually liked the reveal scene of the monsters girlfriend, it was done much better than in Hide, Hide would've been great without the reveal scene, while in time heist it adds a layer to three characters (the Teller, the Doctor and Madame Karabraxos).

If it was a kid, it would've reacted different to the doctors speech. I think a REAL kid would be confused, cause ir scared two unkown grownups. Also, I couldn't hear anyone coming in (okay that doesn't count, I couldn't hear Capaldi either).

"What's that in the mirror and the corner of your eye?" The first one is probably a member of the familiy of blood, trapped in every mirror, the second one probably some hidden door.
"What'she footstep following - but never passing by?" A weeping angel? One of them wouldn't just walk past ya, would they?
"You know what's under the bed? ME!!! "And in the case of Jeanne Antoinette Poisson (better known as Madame the Pompadour) a clockwork droid.
"What's that in the mirror and the cornor of your eye?" The first on is the daughter of mine trapped in every mirror, the second one is possibly a hidden door.
"What's the footstep following - but never passing by?" A weeping angle? I don't think they'd just walk past you, would they?

You forgot something!;)
The Doctor is scared of the dark? "Every race has an irationall fear of the dark...
... Vashta Nerada!"
His first companion seems to be fear.
I just loved the barn scene, bloody brilliant! When I saw the war doctor, acompanied by Claras lines I just hold my breath and listened closly to the rest of the scene.
Listen or Blink? I don't know, what do you think?
@OhGodDannyPink @eph39 @FrancescoLandi @AndrewMarsden It's just the comics in other comics the doctor HAS a father, just search 'loom' on the TARDIS data core!
@Planet of the Deaf I would've grabbed his leg too! It was all set up previously; the Doctor musn't meet himself, so she tries to hold him back.
@MetamorphmagusWho met 7, 8 and Ace @PaddyB @TomLong2 Clara doesn't give the Doctor Danny's/Rupert's soldier, it was the one Olson carried arround a hundred years later.
@sontaran17 @Chris502 Lonely then and lonelier now!
@TomLong2 3.Maybe the monster from midnight? I'm not entirely sure what the doctor saw, possibly Moffats gonna play on it?
@Master Michael Moon AND the Clara echos!

@supermoff is alone. Listen... You're right! In RoS Capaldi's shirt has got a dark red, wich looks much warmer, not as cold and unpersonal as his normal plain white shirt.
@DaftDalek is Ceter Papaldi @ranoutofreferences I only saw a angle statue who had two shadows - and gassmask. That was kinda creepy! ;)
@supermoff is alone. Listen... The best recent book is propably 'Engines of War'

@AztecsDaleksAndCavemen @LucasW Yeah, of course! The viewers, the TARDIS translates for US! ;)
@supermoff is alone. Listen... I'm german, I actually learned english with doctor who, when I was quite young. (I'm not entirely sure how old I was back then).
I actually HATE to watch it in german, cause it loses SO much charm!
Or even a dangerous Missy?
@SonicTheHedgehogRules Isn't he? I think he's my favourite writer, even if his stories have flaws, but he's in my opinion a very good writer, of course he's nit perfect, but who is?

And I think some of the charcterization (Doctor and Clara) is from Moffat. The Idea "Into th Dalek" came origanally from Moffat, how you should know, if you watched DW Extra.

I'd guess Moffat wrote Missy and all the Danny scene.

O no! I want Moffat to stay at least till Christmas 2016, better would be, if he'd go at the End of the Capaldi era. He's a great writer and I think he's the perfect showrunner for the Capaldi era, cause he can write scary and genious scripts, sometimes quite dark. Capaldi is a darker, more ruthless doctor, and letting him react to those dark and scary enemys, moffat created/creates is very interesting. Also, if a companion dies he can give them a very dramatic ending, just look at "The Angles take Manhattan"!
