Sheesh, every thirty seconds, I think of another one. "You will be upgraded." = "You will be assimilated." Next thing we know, the Cybermen will be saying, "Resistance is futile."

Okay, here's another one. Cybermites = Borg nanoprobes.

Let me add on two things. First, I meant to use the word became, not become. Second, let me add one more comparison. The Cyber-Planner is the equivalent of both the Borg Queen and Locutus of Borg.

The Cyber-Planner is the central intelligence of this hive mind, just like the Borg Queen. As for the Locutus element, we're dealing with the Doctor being converted, just like Picard was assimilated.

Let me put it bluntly. The Cybermen basically become the Borg. That's what disappointed me about Nightmare in Silver. They became a hive mind, with all individuality taken away. They can even upgrade in the same manner that the Borg adapt. The only real difference left between the Cybermen and the Borg, is that the Cybermen are robots with brains, while the Borg are cyborgs. Oh, and the Cybermen can move at very fast speeds when they want to, which was only once. Why didn't they do that at all in the rest of the episode?

I didn't have any problems with the Cyber-Planner. I have my own idea why he was the way he was. This is the first time the Cybermen have ever attempted to convert a Time Lord. This is uncharted territory for them. So, it's not surprising that the Cyber-Planner's personality could be affected by the Doctor's thoughts and emotions. The Cyber-Planner even admitted that he would have to completely rework the neural interface, which says to me he was aware of this, and was planning on fixing it after the conversion was complete.

@AaronMcGahon Hey, for all we know, the woman in the shop could have a large role in the future. That's the thing with Steven Moffat and his use of Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey stuff. I wouldn't put it past him to have something major planned with her. Remember, the duck pond was supposed to be one of the earliest examples of the effects of the cracks in time, and that random detail is about as insignificant as it gets.

But, at the same time, it could just be a red herring, so I wouldn't put much stock into it. I do agree with you about the Face of Boe. We don't need anything more about him.

This adventure is also the one with the water tank incident. The water tank that Ace gets trapped in cracked, sending water and broken glass towards the electrical equipment. Sylvester McCoy noticed it in time and alerted the crew. Sophie Aldred was pulled out of the tank, and the studio was evacuated. The members of the cast and crew believe Sylvester's warning saved Sophie's life.

Yeah, and you know what makes this more annoying? If it had been anyone else who shot that Cyberman, no one would complain. But when it's the Doctor doing the shooting, it's apparently an outrage, and therefore, the Sixth Doctor is the worst Doctor.

I would ask those people to look at the other Doctors. One had no issues with using violence. Three would often use violence and he, along with Four, Five, and Ten have been in sword fights. Five also considered executing Davros. Seven manipulated Davros into blowing up Skaro. I don't need to speak of the actions of War and Nine.

The only Doctors I'm unsure about are Two, Eight, and Eleven. If they did anything violent, remind me what it was. But, my point still stands. No one can label Six as the worst Doctor, due to his use of violence.

Ah, s***, I now know how he got labeled as the worst Doctor. It was the Word Lord who did it. Curse you, Nobody No-One!

(Applauds) Thank you! Seriously, I was baffled at all the complaints against Martha and Mickey as a couple. I see them as a badass duo.

I'm also glad that you addressed another issue that's been annoying me. Just because something hasn't happened onscreen, doesn't mean it hasn't happened. We don't need to see the Doctor tell River his name. We don't need to see the Twelfth Doctor go back to save Gallifrey. We don't need to see Darillium. In fact, I can guess when Darillium happened.

Thanks to Last Night, we know it was the Eleventh Doctor who took River to Darillium. As the Doctor was just starting out his relationship with her in between Series 6 and Series 7, I would place it during Series 7. I doubt it was in between The Angels Take Manhattan and The Snowmen, as the Doctor was in his depression over the loss of Amy and Rory. The earliest time the event could possibly be, is during the Doctor's search for Clara. It is also the most likely time, as Vastra had to introduce post Library River and Clara to each other, meaning that River has never heard of Clara before then. It thus makes it unlikely that the Doctor was travelling with Clara when it happened.

Okay, I've seen the different theories in the comments below. Here's my take on them.

1) Sarn. This is a likely one. If Moffat is willing to bring back the Ice Warriors, the Zygons, and the planet Skaro, I can totally see him bringing back other monsters and locations. A return trip to Sarn isn't that farfetched.

2) Pompeii. With the mystery surrounding the similar appearances of Caecilius, John Frobisher, and the Twelfth Doctor, I can see why a trip to the remains of Pompeii would be plausible.

3) Trenzalore. No chance at all. We've just been there, twice. I doubt Moffat is going to bring us back there any time soon.

Personally, I hope it's Sarn, as I love it when the classic era pops up in the new era.

To be fair, we don't know everything about Mickey and Martha, so they could have things in common we don't know about. Personally, I had no problem with the two ending up together. I think they make a badass duo. Mickey and Martha Smith, kicking alien butt.

If this was true, they wouldn't have actually announced it, like how they never confirmed that John Hurt was playing the War Doctor, even though we had figured that out long before The Night of the Doctor aired.

Plus, we all saw the regeneration. We all saw Matt Smith change into Peter Capaldi. Nice try, DWTV, but not quite good enough.

(Stands up and applauds.) Well done! Shame this series is over, but all good things must come to an end. I knew Doctor Who would end up in one of the top spots, though I wasn't sure if it would end up in the number one spot.

I knew it wouldn't get a perfect score, because Doctor Who isn't perfect. It's had its share of mistakes and bad episodes. But, the show is still excellent, and will go on for years to come. I look forward to seeing where Doctor Who will take us all next.

You know, back when we were all having those debates on whether the Twelfth Doctor should be male or female, I stated that I didn't care. I just wanted to be able to look at the person, nod my head, and say, "Yes, he/she is the Doctor." (Looks at Peter Capaldi and nods.) Yes, he is the Doctor.

@Gustaff Two articles left, huh? Wow. It's kind of sad. I like these articles, and now it's almost over. I wonder what the two remaining ones will be about. I've got an idea what the next one will be, if I followed that clue correctly.

Oh, by the way, thanks for introducing me to Steins;Gate. I've watched the series, its OVA, and the movie. Loved it! It's definitely my current favorite anime, and actually the first anime I've labeled as my favorite, as I'm not a person who normally picks favorites with anything.

Now, I just need to wait for the upcoming US release of the visual novel.

@Regenerated Catterson That's an interesting idea, actually. The two children would get on board the TARDIS at the end of The Crimson Horror. They could be there on a trip with their father, when they see Clara and quickly follow her into the TARDIS, just as the Doctor activates the controls and sets the TARDIS in flight. The Doctor would notice the children come in and, in his surprise, accidentally presses the wrong button, sending the TARDIS to Hedgewick's World, instead of the Maitland house. This, of course, leads us into Nightmare in Silver.

The children would mistake Modern Clara for Victorian Clara, who they saw die. This would be the second reveal to Clara about her other selves, and thus would lead to her wanting to confront the Doctor, but being unable to really do so, due to the Cybermen threat. The confrontation would happen at the end of the episode, with the Doctor admitting that he's still trying to figure this mystery out, and asking Clara if she wants to leave. Clara chooses to stay, wanting to know the truth about herself.

I know a homosexual couple. I went to their wedding, and had a good time. I also know a couple with a ten year age difference. My lesbian, older sister used to be my straight, older brother. Sexuality is something that hasn't bothered me for years.

Seriously, the only I haven't met is an incest couple. I probably wouldn't give a damn there, either. I understand the concerns there, with genetically-defective offspring and all that, but as long as they are happy, then it would be fine with me. If they are willing to take that risk, well, it's their choice. What right do I have to judge such a choice? Me being a straight, non-incest guy, doesn't make me superior in any way. As long as they are happy with that choice, then it's fine with me.

Huh, it's amazing how much I have changed and grown. Ten years ago, I would've been uncomfortable to even talk about this stuff. Like the Eleventh Doctor said, "We all change, when you think about it. We are all different people, all through our lives." I like my current self. In fact, I'm more comfortable with the person I am now, than I have ever been with the people I used to be, and I hope to become an even better person as I grow older.
