Before I make my decision can I just ask, because of the questionable science of the episode, would there indeed be huge chunks of the moon crashing down on the Earth as Ludvik said?

@Rorschach's_Journal_of_Impossible_Things It's a half a million drop once the finalratings are taken into account but lots of other Doctor Who episodes have achieved figures such as this. Besides it'll be on after Strictly for the rest of the run so the rating will go sky high!

Right this is just silly! 82 for Deep Breath. Ok I get some of the hardcore fans were at the cinema and that new doctor stories are generally intorduce actors who are replacing beloved performances so the AI's gonna be lower. 84 for Into the Dalek. Again still warming to the new Doctor, but still a little low regardless. Robot of Sherwood with 82. The episode divided opinion so I can understand this, but seriously 82 for Listen. Listen was bloody amazing and surely they're getting used to Capaldi by now. All of the fans on sites have sung praises and pretty much all of the critics have given it 5 stars. It's a classc period. So why is it this low. I don't get it. I guess it'll grow as they get used to Capaldi which was what they did for Smith (TEH- 86, TBB- 86, VOTD- 84 at the start TL- 87 TPO- 88 TBB- 89 at the end) but I expected it to be at 86 or 87. I'm sorry guys but I cannot fathom it.

Gatiss while not a stand out writer I still think he's a decent writer. Robot of Sherwood is the only one I'm not a big fan of and The Unquiet Dead and his Series 7 eps are fantastic IMO!

2. The Crimson Horror (Forever entertaining ep!)

3. Cold War (Thrill factor and brill Ice Warriors make this one a winner!)

4.Victory of the Daleks (Like this one but it's flawed!)

5. The Idiot's Lantern (Quite good ep)

6. Night Terrors (Enjoyable and scary but forgettable)

7. Robot of Sherwood (Too cringe for me)

A weaker episode in all largely due to the cringe factor (though no way near as bas as the cringe factor on ITV). 7/10

I absolutely adored Clara in Deep Breath! It helped that Moffat has nailed down the character and that a bickering relationship between the Doctor and her gives her more challenging things to work with! This helped Jenna to explore her in depth to present a more emotionally complex and rounded character! There were some brilliant moments and my personal favourite is her reply to Vastra which was just incredible start to finish! This episode was definitely her best performance yet and I imagine that there are many more brilliant moments to come!

Very interesting article! If this is the case then this makes me very happy as the DW writing team are getting their act together to make a well-structured and engrossing arc that will have much more presence and significance to the story unlike 'The Impossible Girl' arc last series. Also Steve Thompson's DW scripts haven't been great so with Moffat's input I'm sure it'll be better!

@LoneRangerNinjutsu @Mr 11 He still thinks of them as 'bloody kids' as I've heard him use the term in several interviews. And that follow up still has something very patronising as he's implying that age is a determining factor of someone's acting ability. For example Jennifer Lawrence's young age hasn't exactly dragged down her performances. It's akin to an adult on congratulating a child on a drawing that's very good for their age.

Personally I don't think it should have one but I'm very proud and reckon it should be in the top 20. In its place I think the 'I am your Father' scene should've taken top spot. The Avengers moment is funny but incredibly overated. It's nice to see the Matrix and Harry Potter here (think Harry Potter should've been lower) and THAT Game of Thrones moment defo deserves it's place 'The Lannisters send their regards *stab* WWWWWWWAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH'
