@ElyotWren  It was a birthday present for the Doctor so maybe she didn't kill anyone with her little machine. Besides if I was Moff I couldn't wait to resurrect the Masters "tissue compression eliminator" Imagine the effect of seing a tiny dead Osgood

There's also the possibility that Missy didn't kill her but transported her somewhere :)

She could be in an episode helping the Doctor defeat the Aliens without actually meeting or remembering the Doctor. Sort of like when she gave Wilf the Naismith biography :)

Still sad though :(

I think Santa is going to get Danny back for Clara and they will be happy ever after or until Clara gets sick of the wet blanket.

So if this is the end for Clara, Who do you think will be the new companion? I really think Courtney would be good for a while as having someone that young on board has never happened before :)

Great article and I love Sarah Jane but this statement by Toby is just not true.

as Toby Whitehouse puts it: “She changed the companion from being a rather helpless hysteric to being a feisty, opinionated, strong equal to the Doctor. And, at the time, you know that was quite an extraordinary thing to do. That was not the role the companions, or women, were meant to be playing. They were meant to be playing the victim, they were meant to be decoration. Sarah Jane confronted that nonsense head on!”

I would never call Susan, Barbara, Zoe, Liz, Jo etc. just victims or decoration. They were strong, Opinionated and feisty as well. I don't remember Sarah mowing down any Daleks with a 5 ton truck :) It's not as if Sarah Jane never screamed or twisted her ankle or was captured, All the girls had to put up with that sort of thing

The amazing Jon Pertwee/The Monster of Peladon and I will never forget it, I was absolutely transfixed by surprisingly believable Alpha Centauri and this strange man singing a Venusian lullaby to a monster while spinning his Tardis key. Just wonderful and I couldn't wait until the next week. I was hooked:)

It’s clear to see that over the last few months series eight has somewhat split opinions

Doctor who is always like that but I would have thought that it was less so with this Doctor. I feel he has taken the Doctor back to basic original style. Every now and then someone says "He Is Dark" Well I just think he has decided not to be a human in this incarnation and act more like a timelord. Also the humour is fantastic, I find that at the end of some episodes this season my cheeks are sore from grinning the whole way through. Love him
