Would rather put money towards/keep Stralman.  With Stralman you know what you are getting on a game to game basis.  Pouliot? Not so much.  That being said, I would like to keep both if their price tags are reasonable.

The fact that the "Why you lose him" portion of this article isn't blank is silly. This kid is going nowhere. Lock him up long term.

Play a fast paced, disciplined game and we should give them a harder series than a lot of these "experts" are expecting.  We just need to hope Mr. Marian Gaborik doesn't light the lamp like he did against Hank in the All Star game.

While he was bad, you can't pin it all on him.  The ENTIRE TEAM needs to show up tonight.  Come out with some FIRE.  You are ONE WIN AWAY from playing for the STANLEY CUP.  Don't blow it at home because you sure as hell won't win a game 7 in Montreal.

What do you think hurts more: the physical pain of the broken jaw or the emotional pain when he is looking in a mirror and sees a drastically thinning hairline at the age of 23?  I vote hair loss... He can play.

Allow yourself to be happy about this team.  They were one loss away from working on their golf games and now are only TWO WINS AWAY from playing for Lord Stanley's cup.  If we continue to play the way we are; as one cohesive unit, incredible goal tending, good special teams and rolling 4 lines, we can play with any team in the league.

Due to lack of production from our "Star" players, the Rangers will suffer a 3-2 loss.  Disappointment for all.

If the Rangers don't win tonight, they aren't winning this series.  The emotional letdown and quick turn around will not work in their favor.  A win tonight and the Flyers gain confidence and momentum for a game 7 tomorrow.  GET IT DONE.

Not even worth discussing.  It is 100% in the books.  Can't have an aging, expensive BR holding us back for the next 3 years.

@Bring back Langdon @KevinTheNYRBlog @EMoney2413  I agree.  I've seen numerous plays where Richie turns the puck over and Fast back checks and disrupts what could be an offensive chance for the other team.  Defensive responsibility outweighs offensive potential in the playoffs.

He has done his part.  Not his fault that his teammates continually let him down. This isn't the NBA where 1 player can win you a championship.  This game requires a complete team effort.

Miller over Fast or Carcillo? Keep dreaming.  Carcillo adds grit to our lineup and Fast has the ability to play in both ends of the ice.  Miller has proven nothing yet and the playoffs aren't the place for him to figure things out.  Maybe next year kid!

Why do people care how the game looked and/or went?  A win is a win at this point in the season.  Players have their eyes on the playoffs and we got a win in a game that past Ranger teams probably would have lost. Don't look too far into it.

@Ryan_Heda  I can't wait until he is bought out.  Whoever plays on his line suffers.  The PP has fallen off because of him too.  How many times is he going to crawl through the neutral zone, get to the blue line and turn it over before the coaching staff takes him off the PP unit? Ugh, I hate him.

Should wrap Kreider's hand in bubble wrap come playoff time.  We will definitely miss his physicality and speed.

The Rangers will continue to disappoint with a 3-2 regulation loss tonight.  It will be 3-1 until about 10 minutes left in the third and then the Rangers will, as the always do, score to give us fans false hope before losing another important game.

Where are the Richards comments?  Powerplay QB isn't someone who can't even get the puck past the blue line.  Guy is horrible and needs to be benched now, then cut at the end of the season. End of story.

This is Carolina we are talking about. Dorsett for Carcillo shouldn't be the difference in this game. If it is, we have bigger problems. That being said, horrible move. Stick with what has been working.

We are all discussing Hank not starting as if we still have Marty Biron as our back up and it is a guaranteed loss.  Talbot has proven all season that he is reliable.  If Hank needs an extra day off, I say give it to him now opposed to much later in the season.

I wouldn't say this gives him the upper hand in anything.  If he wants to make more money playing for a team that won't be good for the next decade, so be it. If he wants to stay with the Rangers and be competitive, take a paycut.  Love Captain Cally, but it's time to trade him.
