@Notsosmartguy @Gustaff @Unibot I hate when writers can't let go of their Creator's Pets. They are fictional characters inside your head for pity's sake. Don't ruin them by making everything about them. It makes the other characters look cheap and useless.

@Notsosmartguy @Gustaff @Unibot yes, but like us, she also grew tired of Rose ruining her time and that's the real reason she left. Can't blame her.
@Unibot @Gustaff faults with RTD era: Dragging Rose through it and ruining some other companions' time to shine. Moffat Era: The Ponds stuck around for two long. They should've left during Complex. Clara also seems to be outstaying her welcome. Will probably leave after she single-handedly finds Gallifrey while the Doctor stares in awe and claps like a fool.
@The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! @Unibot it's also Doctor Who's way of 'cheap drama' since we all know the Doctor is going to pull through, but not 'our' Doctor. That bloke is gone until the next Anniversary.
@Unibot that's understandable I think People who get tired of a particular style regardless if they consciously take notice of it. There are exceptions, but it's true you can't have too much of a good thing. Tom Baker is the exception to that rule of course.
Well that was a mouthful. Too many numbers, but I got the gist of everything, though a estimate of 3000-5000 people I can accept as a general sample as the people on this site come from all walks of life Doctor Who wise. Just look as how often we get flame wars on here.
...it's more often than one would think unfortunately.
I admire how much thought and expertise you have on the subject. Kudos to a very informative article.
i also believe Series 5 will always stand as the best. It had the biggest cluster of 'agreeably favorite' episodes.
@Teapunk @Gustaff yes, Dark Eyes has the Master mentioning that the Time Lords only brought him back because they needed him for 'something'. Big Finish are forbidden from naming the Time War, but it's heavily implied through other dialogue as well that the Time Lords want the Master to fight for them, recruiting him to go on missions for them.

@Antee991166 I could listen to MacQueen's Master all day. He and the Eleven should team up for one of the stories.
@The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! the multi-Doctor trilogy coming up is going to be AWESOME! 7 meeting Jo Grant.
I told Nick on Twitter if Seven's line 'Not the Doctor you were expecting' was from Night of the Doctor. He was surprised.
@Teapunk the MacQueen incarnation was resurrected to fight in the Time War, which is why I called him the War incarnation. This is the Master that will run away to the end of the universe someday.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil Weird, it didn't show up until I refreshed it like twice. Thanks for the heads-up. Sorry about the bother.
I need sleep.

@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff agreed, but like some of his tales show, he is capable of stinking up pretty badly.
@The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! Just noticed that s***. Well, Kill The Moon does seem to break science, maybe that's what happened here.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff Well, considering the scores, both sides had to have voted highly of the Moff's stories.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil of course. Thanks for the reply. Hope you got that email I sent you today.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff Really, I've always thought it was a 50:50 war with lots of blood sacrifices and verbal hexes.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff @The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! or the other Doctors needed his help TWICE!
@The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! @Gustaff I didn't read it. What did he say?
@The Finn is excited for audio Kate Stewart! @Gustaff well, techniqually there were 15 Doctors in DOTD. Sylvester's Doctor switches between his Movie appearance and his youthful appearance between flashes and we had the Curator in it too.
Consider your world rocked!
Amy's Choice, Impossible Astronaut and Sontaran two-parter should've been higher. Those are really great. Only Sontaran story of the revival that feature proper killing machine clones (THIS IS SPORT). Amy's Choice owes it's success to Toby Jones and nuff said about the Astronaut casually strolling out of a LAKE and KILLING the Doctor within 10 minutes of the series opener.
I don't think any episode will ever beat Day of the Doctor. The fans are bats*** crazy about it. I mean thirteen Doctors! What else you gonna say?
Oh DWTV, curious question: How many votes in total did this poll get on average?
Interesting to note that 8 out of 10 top stories are written by Moffat.
@AlessandroArsuffi @Spadesey of course we do. MacQueen > everybody else > Gomez

So according to this poll, it's Scribble Monster > Abzorbalof?

@supermoff is celebrating 10 years of New Who @TheNightmareChild @TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who you should see it. it's a beautiful movie really. Even if one's not really religious. Not that I;m saying you are or aren't, just illustrating a point.
@TheOncomingHurricane @Gustaff @DWTV - Barbarically Evil Well, River Song is the character responsible for launching the 'Spoilers' line all over the world. After she said it, it 'really' became a thing.
@supermoff is celebrating 10 years of New Who @TheNightmareChild @TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who you serious? Every school sits their children down at least once to see that movie.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil Well, Hitler is a winner for me mostly because it's 45 minutes of fanservice from River Song, both physically as well as narrative.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff @DWTV - Barbarically Evil it as silent, but deadly. A stealth pun.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil Wow, the guilty pleasures are really being punished here.
@TheOncomingHurricane @DWTV - Barbarically Evil BEST NOODLE INCIDENT IN DOCTOR HOW HISTORY!
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil And the Doctor's Daughter? Up, down or midtown?
@TheNightmareChild @DWTV - Barbarically Evil No, DWTV just randomly pulled that one out of his a**.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil It was the farting wasn't it? I bet it was the farting. Tell me it was the farting.
@supermoff is celebrating 10 years of New Who @Gustaff @TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who I always cry at how sweet that is, but that's the end and the beginning I like. The middle 50 min is...urgh,
I'm rewatching Hustle right now. Remember that s*** people? Freaking awesome stuff! Notice that Warren's character is basically Danny Blue without the gifting skills.
@TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who @Gustaff I only scene I love is the 'tour de house'. That s*** is funny as hell.
@TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who @Gustaff Oh sorry, yes it was. I;ll take those points back. Widows deserves to be here.. Actually, let's subtract even more points.
@Mr Meglos @Russell T Dalek What about the condom monster from Ark in Space? Deserves a chuckle or two.
@TheCyberDoctor is Celebrating 10 Years of New Who dude, Amy is rocking the kissogram police uniform. Deserves points just for that. For the ladies...Rory Williams dressed as a Roman.
@Mr. Eyebrows @Gustaff @DWTV - Barbarically Evil god bless this website. It really says something (something bad) when an unofficial site does more than the actual people in charge of delivering the show.
@Mr. Eyebrows @Gustaff wasn't here yesterday. I was marveling at how nothing seemed to happen on the New Who birthday so I don't know what happened.
@DWTV - Barbarically Evil Bottom half? I'm shocked! I tell you I'm shocked. One of Gattiss' story in the bottom. Unbelievable
(exit sarcasm mode)
Hey DWTV, out of curiosity, where is Robot of Sherwood exactly. Bottom half, top half or resting in the middle.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff different people feel weird at different things I guess. It's simply one of those things. The whole 'Don't cremate me' didn't even have me raising an eyebrow. I wasn't affected in the least, unlike the effect it had on the vast number of other fans.
@Mr. Eyebrows realistic, but I don't see controversial in there.
@TheNightmareChild @Gustaff I don't like the Dirty Old Man trope in anime and I don't like it in live-action. Just turns my stomach in uncontrollable ways. Gives me chills, but not the good 'scary' kind, but the 'Dexter' and 'Saw' kind.
I like the Lazarus experiment except for the creepy perverted old man come on and the kiss. That's just me though.
I like Daleks in Manhattan despite not being a Dalek fan. I like the New York setting and Andrew Garfield has the best lines: One man down, we ain't even started yet!
@Mikeyboss182 we got an ENTIRE episode inside the TARDIS, but none of the hype we were promised. We did get bad acting though. Yippee!
