In the interest of brevity, I'll keep this point form. Pork tenderloin, brine for at least 1 day in salt, brown sugar, Garlic, and black peppercorns. Wet rub with crushed mangoes, Chipotle peppers, and other grilling standards to your liking. Smoke with whiskey cask wood chips for 4 hours. serve with grilled baby red potatoes and fresh grilled asparagus. A good red ale goes great with this, and it's even better the next day on toasted ciabatta with some picked hot peppers.

what they don't mention is the billions of gallons of water they'll have to treat with to extract deuterium, which isn't exactly 'environmentally friendly'... and the heavy water fission reactors that will still have to be operating to produce viable quantities of tritium. in the 50's fission power was heralded as being 'too cheap to meter'... and it is relatively cheap today, but really... anything that promises to 'save the world' is bound to be a let down.

alright, to organize my thoughts. Alice in Chains took all the best things about rock and brought them together flawlessly. They put out consistently fresh music without over changing their sound. And as mentioned below the Unplugged is so raw and beautiful. To me AIC encapsulated what 90s music meant; junk, angst and rejection of the rock star image.
