Footer bar not working - and various people have reported this here - yet no reply from the developer ???

Also - I am wondering about the answer to Hank's question also, as I read on your sales page "The plugin will auto disable all of the subscription forms whenever your visitors put in their information .." - but does this mean when you use multiple different optin lists with multiple optin boxes on various pages or posts on the same blog...will subscribing to ONE of them disable all the other subscription forms? --> Basically the same as Hank's question from TWO YEARS AGO (see below) - BUT NO ANSWER?
