It got me. Dammit.
This makes me like Sager. I've always thought he was incredible hackish without needing to be. But this is perfect.
Why are there no 90 minute movies anymore? That would have been enough.
Fun fact, the guy in the red hat on the train that hits the protagonist is Donnie Davies.

Should it bring me pride that my good friend plays the thug that starts the fight on the train? Because it totally does. Atta boy, Joey Oglesby.
Any citizen should be able to own that gun. Background checks are stupid. So are school zones and rape laws. Not like criminals are gonna obey them anyhow.
Good conversatio . Love intelligent discourse. That's why I dig ron fez and theibang. I didnt bring up album sales and don't think it is the only measure. All these bands were a huge part of my teens. I grew up listening to all of them and seeing all but Nirvana in concert. I just think that based on influence and what they did for the Seattle scene outside of Seattle, the lesser would be Soundgarden and Alice.
y favorites would be Soundgarden and Pearl Jam
"End of the World Comedy" is a rapidly expanding genre.
@pepperjackb I like where your head is at. Let's use album sales as the ruler. See original post.
@pepperjackb @Kendall in TexasSo were Jimi (stupid autocorrect) Hendrix and Quincy Jones. But NONE of them were the reason the Seattle sound of the late 80s and early 90s gained national attention.
Now it's just piss off Hicks mode. Seriously, Pearl Jam and Nirvana are the reason we talk about the Seattle scene. It HAS to be between Alice in Chains and Soundgarden. Stupid Hipsters.
This is really an unfair fight. This should just be called "Do you like Pearl Jam?" It is amazing they are under 50%. Dumb hipsters.
The Pearl Jam hate is stupid. Those guys launched the Seattle scene into the national spotlight.
Got Baltimore to win the SB when they were 25 to 1, Hicks. Just sad I only dropped half a c note on them.
The multiple choice makes it a LOT easier.
It isn't ALWAYS about rock (although it usually is). But the band that encapsulates the 90s has gotta be Dave Matthews Band.
@kernelpickle Vouchers are or are not entitlement? Regardless, we do not have vouchers in my part of Texas. WE do have some charter schools, but I don't think they even have ISD cops or unarmed security. They barely have enough teachers
And I guaran-damned-tee you that school in DC doesn't accept vouchers.
Gun free means the public can't bring guns in. Police officers don't hang them on the fence-post when they enter.
ENTITLEMENT! The school the kids go to is a PRIVATE SCHOOL. Any of us that can afford it can send our kids to private schools with armed guards. If you can't afford it, should the federal government give it to you? What's next? The govt should buy us all handguns even if we can't afford our own?
Disclaimer, my kid goes to a public school with armed school district police officer always on site. that is the norm. at least here in texas and has been for a long time. but it is because the local government approved it and funds it.
Interesting. My fancy lawyer friends had a discussion about whether we'd leave Texas if it seceded. I would. I was surprised how many wouldn't. I am an American first. Nothing would MAKE me leave. If I leave it will be a choice for a better quality of life, but i don't know where that would be.
My boss' lineup at his last 4 Christmas parties. George Jones, Tony Bennett, Kenny Rogers and the horific bitchyness that was Dionne Warwick. George was something to see even if he has lost a few steps. Tony was amazing and still has it. Kenny was cheesy goodness. Dionne wouldn't start until the servers stopped (even though it is always a dinner show) and then bitched into the mic about how the audience didn't appreciate her.
