@Mikhail XO True on all accounts!
@MauiKane Wow, I saw & heard it totally differently, which is why people get to vote. This was one of my Top 3 favorites of the evening.
I must admit, I have not missed Xtina at all, and have enjoyed Shakira very much.
I like the timing on this.... How long ago did we learn all four judges and Nigel were out after next week?
@rafm63 @JerryWoz I am sorry you feel that way. However, I just prefer my singers to remain on key. If that makes me a hater, so be it.
@JadeSande Thank you.It's a surprise to me, for she is a talented young lady.
@cantremembermypassword Thank you.
@Zeraromo First thing, my name is Howard, not Rickey. And just because I don't appreciate her singing does not make me a hater. Grow up.
I wonder who will get to sing the heme song for "Happy Feet", a favorite of Nigel....
@Mikhail XO Thanks! He is most certainly swoon-worthy. But we have to remember this particular group of voters don't really support the pretty, so hopefully they'll dig his swinging guitar...
@khaleesi And just as Chris B was allowed to say what he did, others can disagree with him. That is the very basis of open discussion. However, I must say that I would find if far from boring if everyone where to embrace the same beliefs, and we could avert the killing and war that often accompany disagreements of philosophic and religious natures.
@khaleesi Welll, theoretically at least, it was the producers who picked both the judges and the Top 10 - at least decided who the judges saw at auditions.
@IdleTime @hrstump Well, the difference between people offering opinions on why a contestant seems overly praised versus making accusations of something as serious as racism are very different. And with two of four finalists being African American proving racism is the first thing that comes to my mind. Whatever.
@Mikhail XO @hrstump It is dull because they weren't looking for the best talent, but instead the winner they wanted to cast. They didn't take into mind their audience, who might not be on board for their particular scripted season.
So yes, they are stupid.
@IdleTime Well, because people bringing up racism with no real proof or call for it is boring. Did anyone call racism last week when two white girls were in the bottom? Have the headlines pointed out the misandry when five boys in a row been eliminated? No. But this week, when the results don't agree with your idea of how things should go, you call racism with no real proof, just conjecture and anger.
@Mikhail XO He's not necessarily stupid, but much like the Idol themes, he's a bit archaic. He is trying some of the old tricks they used a decade ago, only that isn't working any more. The feeble attempts to grab headlines, to create drama instead of good musical moments, has come back to bite his limey arse.
