I've read and agree that the provisions of the objectionable sections of the NDAA are overly broad. what I am concerned about is a bill called the Enemy Expatriation Act ( HR 3166 and S 1698 ) that may also be twisted to strip people of their citizenship, possibly in order to utilize those sections of the NDAA without objection, because it wouldn't be being used against citizens if their citizenship has been stripped from them-right?
