Any coincidence no del zotto rangers D looks it's best it has all year? Mdz getting more than 20 minutes a night can only hurt this team right now. Keep him in the press box.

It's not Hank's fault the rangers are giving up 30 scoring chances per game.  Virtually every shot an opponent has taken the last 2 nights has been a quality chance.  The one goal you can fault hank on last night was coming out of the net because Pulliot and del zotto collided in front of him.  Even so, the guy would have had a breakaway anyway. I'm sick of hearing that he is worrying about his contract.  When a team consistently breaks down defensively and gives up quality scoring chances, you could have anyone between the pipes.  It doesnt matter.  You will give up these goals.  He has been hung out to dry and the rangers skaters owe hank a huge apology for that.

how the hell is shane doan top ten? MAYBE top ten playing today, but top 10 of all time??? how many times have the coyotes miss the playoffs? ok the last couple years they have been better, but top ten of all time??? especially like you said, with guys like Lemieux and Scott Stevens not on the list.  A guy like Rod Brindamour should be mentioned before Shane Doan.  At least HE captained a cup team.  Joe Sakic won two cups as captain, scored 600+ goals and he is only 2 spots ahead of shane doan? I could understand it if the writer was writing for ESPN, but for NHL.com, pathetic?  Bettman probably hired him...

thought the islanders were really lucky tonight.  first goal off the skate, second goal off weird bounce on the boards on the end of a 4 minute PP that shouldnt have been a 4 min penalty. third goal beneficiary of a bad turnover that just so happened to be at the end of the PP to hit McDonald for the breakaway.  Rangers i thought deserved to win this game and the islanders were lucky to get a point. shots 36-19 rangers also...

what worries me is the possibility that he pulls an erixon and doesnt want to sign at all with the rangers. kid is from boston goes to school in boston, no doubt loves the bruins (as seen by his tweets last year during the finals). what if his dream is to stay in boston? starting to worry me that he wont sign at all...

I was at the game to say and i have to say, this team's chemistry is awesome. watching prust get the goal from dubi and staal was great. staal was coming to the bench for fist bumps was getting razzed from the bench for finally getting his first point of the season and he made a sarcastic "hat tip" motion with a smile. something tv didnt show. You can see that this team loves each other and i would honestly hate to see them do anything drastic at the deadline. STAY THE COURSE GLEN!! STAY THE COURSE!!
