It's really hard to make a list from memory, but some of my favorites were
The Ninja Gaiden episode
Great humour, loved the ninja movie references and the awesome music in the game is the icing on the cake. Always a joy to watch!
Little Red Hood
A somewhat simple episode, but the game is so craptacular and James' reactions so good that it gets me every time. The ending of the game is also amazing!
Silver Surfer
Old-school rage in this one, and James does a great job of explaining just how damn tough the game is. I haven't played it, but I feel like I have after watching the video.
The Batman two-parter
Mike really shines as the joker, and the constant back and fourth between games and a funny setup makes for a couple of great episodes. Again, brilliant ending :P
Battletoads
I remember how hard this game was myself and could really relate to the ranting. Also great performance by Kyle.
The first Christmas Special
This one introduced me to several obscure games that are just hilariously bad. It also has one of my favorite moments in all of AVGN history - when James reviews a minigame laconically stating, "It's BAD".
Those would have to be the most memorable episodes for me perosnally :D

Brilliant idea doing these! Gives us more AVGN content with limited preparation time for you guys. Was really cool to hear about all of your preparations with this video. Please do more of these :D
