Rand Paul is a poor copy of Ron Paul.  Rand consistently comes down on the side of the establishment and seems to be more concerned with his political career than upholding and protecting the Constitution.

If any of this was still true, the entire issue of gun control would be a non-issue.

GloriaJoy Congress originated and passed the NDAA - how can you reasonably say that Congress is "much more responsive"?. Congress is the biggest part of the problem - if they wouldn't pass unConstitutional legislation, then the President wouldn't have the opportunity to sign it.
