So many dead zones. Looks like a case for Anthony Micheal Hall.
@lancep2011 The good people at Newgrounds should give a dot dot dot-esque re-enactment
This should have been endorsed by Bombay Sapphire
The platforming and jump recognition reminds me of the terminator game on nes. There's no need for jumps to be that precise. Either the sprites should've been smaller or the platforms should have been larger. Now I'M getting mad at this game
Always a fan of a good commentary
I just applied to the University of Suck My Dick
If this is any indication of the level of professionalism we'll see in the AVGN movie...my god
I'd be more starstruck meeting Tom Savini than I would be meeting most A-list actors
That poor kid was just left in "the game world"
I had a horror movie history course and we never touched on the hammer films, let alone the quatermass trilogy. Should've saved my $, I've learned so much more through Cinemassacre.
Tomb, womb, zoom. I would've hired Mr. Victor Max on the spot after that.
"what a wonderful game." even after 100+ episodes and the better production quality over the last few years, this and the freddy episodes are 2 of the best directed/edited episodes
This review is almost as angry as the review of the controls for batman forever! I always gave up with the 1st set of rings so knowing that there is at least 2 more ring courses squashes all curiosity I had of the rest of the game
Laughin' Jokin' Numb Nuts' Greatest Hits...has the word 'greatest' been redefined recently?
I remember I made a lot of DIY pogs from some of those issues. What a waste. Ah those days walking home from school and seeing the mailbox lid stick up just a little more than usual because there was a new magazine in there...
I wished I could've seen reviews of chopping mall, cutting class, or any of the sleepaway camps (either mike or james has the same white, bloodstained boxset that I have lol) but I was pleased with the cult selections...this one being my favorite.
I used to cram about 20min of Super Empire Strikes Back in before leaving the house to just make the bell of my 6th grade homeroom, and that the mood of my day was determined by if I made progress or not.
Having just recently played Arkham Asylum and seeing some of City, I don't think the question should be "will Nolan's 3rd be as good as the dark knight?" but rather, "will the new movie be as good as the games?" But I like batman in all mediums. The (newer) games are great, the Burton/Nolan era movies are great, the animated series was/is incredible, the comics are stunning...hell, I found a viewmaster that had slides of the old batman cartoons that were pretty good. Gushing aside, when begins came out I too was crushed by the scarecrow's limited screentime and liam neeson's blandness (Ghul was a nice comic shout-out). Scarecrow was represented well in the Asylum though so I'll always have that at least.
"where is dj?"
One of the best movie franchises
One of the best reviews
One of the best title cards
