I got the solution! go back in time four years ago to the 2010 draft and nock some sense into Bill Polian and draft Navorro Bowman in the second instead of Pat Angeror!.....
If only it were possible haha

i have mixed emotions about this. i know Grigs and Pagano like a great locker room, so maybe they went after him because of his leadership? maybe like a sample size ray lewis that Pagano had in baltimore, older and slower but a sound tackler with good insticts. if i remember right, lewis's last years he wasn't to good at getting off of blocks ether. at least it was an uppgrade though.
@7IHd I agree with the letting Bethea walk. As much as i like him, it was better for both sides. Theres not to many safeties left though. Hoping for Chris Clemons from Miami, not the best, but plays deep safety therefore allowing Landry to play down in the box

Wow. Verner singed for only 26 Mil for the bucks. I like Davis, but wish his contract was more like Verners 6.6 mil a yr instead of 9. oh well. cant have everything

I honestly dont want Decker. He's never been a no. 1 reciever, but going to get paid like one of the best. get Golden Tate and another pash rusher (Ware?!?!)

about 18 million cap still left i think
@MarcusDugan next year hes a free agent haha
@MarcusDugan Joe Haden ;)
i was hopin for Jon Asamoah.... didnt expect it though
i really like the idea of Revis. He wasn't used correctly last year for the bucks as they asked him to do a lot of zone. Revis is a bump and run, man to man Corner. exactly what we need and what Davis is, just Revis is twice as good. I would rather pay a ton for a shutdown corner than a ton for an inconsistant above average Corner. why not get arguable the best CB? I'm game :)

so i read this article over at indystar and i love the singing all the more. looks like Grigs actually made a good singing, i hope haha
"The most important facet: We're told by someone in the know that the overwhelming majority of Jackson's $11 million in guarantees is limited to the first two years of the contract. The guarantees are tied mostly to roster bonuses and base salary. Only a minimal amount – I'm still waiting to hear the exact figure – will be paid in the form of traditional signing bonus."

@paulcareyjr @apom95 Im just happy that Satele finally got cut!!!
@paulcareyjr @apom95 true, thats a good point, never thought of it that way. Dont get me rong, i like him. when i first saw that he was visiting us i was thinking about singing him, but i think we way overpaid for him and added one to many years i think for the contract.
I was hoping for an upgrade, but not one that is like last year, injury prone and expensive. not to mention old. some people say how he is a good tackler with i think it was like 147 last year. but if you look it up i think the majority of them were assists, not solo's. correct me if im rong, but isent a lot of solo tackles better then about the same solo and assisted? looks like we just gaught another overpaid, injury prone, athletic guy who can help but not be a corner stone
oh thats makes sense then. great articles by the way!. i always look forward to new articles throughout the week
1 year ago on What to Expect 2013 Draft Revisited
and after that it was as simple as keeping Jerry Hughes, (who i really liked). he had the same amount of sacks as freeney last year while playing a limited role, and now hes been great for the bills and we just have another barely average, if lucky, linebacker in Shepard. i will say that was probably one of my biggest dissapointments this year
everytime i think about the draft, i always wish that he had taken Larry Warford instead of Werner. it may have been looked at as reaching, but we had a huge need at Guard and he has been terrific for a 3rd rounder. maybe they were hoping he would still be there when we picked, or if we had our late second rounder, but i do enjoy Davis(most of the time haha)
if you go back and look at the first edition of this beginning of the year, theres a chart that looks like stats from a rookie year of colt pass rushers. Werner actually was very similar to Robert Mathis his rookie year. i think if Werner hadden't missed 4 games he would have surpassed Mathis's stats (he missed by 1 sack and a few tackles). i know mathis was drafted in the 5th round and werner the 1st, but mathis is also one of the best ever(for the colts at least)
