Maybe Pokeman cards will make a comeback for these 15-17 year old kids to completely go head over heels for. I blame the rappers for hyping releases up. Kids are so impressionable, and if they see Trinidad James (who is a fucking terrible rapper), Wale, Fat Joe, etc wear Oreo Vs then they become grail status. Jim Jones just started collecting kicks and he has no clue what Jordans are what. He's in FlightClub grabbing pairs and asking what the shoe is called, smh. Then there is fat ass, ugly Chum Lee... This guy gets famous from working at pawn shop and all of a sudden is an avid shoe collector. The shoe game has lost its luster and has now attracted ppl who will fight, hurt, or even kill over a fucking pair of shoes. It's sad and pathetic

September Blue VIs, enough said... White/infrared VIs dropped in 2010 with the black pair, so don't see how they can be highly anticipated. Half these supposed "sneakerheads" have no idea about them. Where were the Xs under the most anticipated releases of 2014? No Powder Blue Xs, really? These are shoes that haven't been retroed over and over. To me, those two kicks are iconic Jordans that ppl sleep on bc they haven't been hyped enough. The game is all about hype and reselling. Where were all these sneaker fanatics 5-6 years ago? It's funny to see how ppl only have releases from the past 2 years and are considered sneakerheads. Just because ppl get DBs and other limited shoes from the past 2 years does not make them anything more than ppl just jumping on a very fast and overcrowded bandwagon. Can't wait until these trendy ass followers find something else to obsess about.
Dunkman 7 high and low were the best Dunkmans, ever. Not a fan of the 11s. The Christmas CW looked nice on foot last night. Definitely pass, though.
