I felt like you felt. Then I sat at home. i went to home depot and when I walked in the door some guy said you are beautiful, I'd go toher places and guys would just walk up to me...I began to think I had a sign on my forehead that said Hello my name is Tina and I want to be screwed literally and physically.....lol. Now I have my angry face on most of the time unless I am feeling comfortable and no one says anything. Not making eye contract is key it really works just ignore them......be preoccupied.
Of course I don't meet anyone either.... I want to travel, never could find anyone who had the means or initiative to want to. So I went and still go alone or other girlfriends. I have met so many nice traveling buddies, cruise mates (female) and married couples and families that I am still friends with today. I wish I was 27 all over again. I sure as hell would not be at home waiting for a man to call. I will tell you what my Mom told me, "make your own self happy" Do the things that make your heart sing! No not married sometimes think I want to be but after two husbands first one died black and country but threw the money up on the bed every week(cant find that!) second was a WM slut with a golden heart, sleeping with everybody he could, nice guy just couldnt keep his dic in his pants..,
I think if I meet someone now he would stay at his house and I would stay at mine. I love my private space.(I think) You know what? you never know what God has planned. pray on it. God will give you what you need when you need it in his own time...just dont settle. Do not lower your standards and you will know when you do. You will feel it in your gut. Listen to your gut , your intuition. I have learned to listen to my inner voice...I sure am better off for it.(hint you have to be quiet to hear your inner voice.) oh my mom also said if it looks like shit, smells like shit its shit and dont let someone try to tell you different. you are not crazy you know shit when you see it. dont second guess yourself. oops went a little long sorry.

I agree. I do "coffee" first meeting. This way I get to see (usually date off internet) who I am speaking with and how they react in a public place. I sit and talk to you long enough to see if you are on the up and up....if you attack me or sucker punch me (sneak a kiss without asking me; try to touch me; get in my space ect) then I do not like that. no second date.

@Blackberry@NATruthstudent I agree, Blackberry.
Komen needs to clarify it's decision with regard to Planned Parenthood. Will future funding be pulled? At this point Komen has left such a bad taste in the mouths of the American people that I believe they might never recover.http://www.addictinginfo.org/2012/02/03/media-gets-it-wrong-komen-didnt-actually-reverse-decision-about-planned-parenthood/
@NATruthstudent thanks for info
Kindness is more than deeds. It is an attitude, an expression, a look, a touch. It is anything that lifts another person!
@mspbody I said the same thing. I will give directly to who I want to have my money. I agree with you.
@NATruthstudent@spec187 operative word "claimed" so we will never know what was said in court.

CINCINNATI - Parties say they have resolved a lawsuit accusing a Planned Parenthood clinic in Ohio of failing to get legally required consents before performing an abortion on a 14-year-old girl impregnated by her youth soccer coach boyfriend.
Chief Executive Becki Brenner of the southwest Ohio region Planned Parenthood and Steven Aden, a lawyer for the family, said Wednesday the case has been "resolved and dismissed." Aden says it was dismissed April 15 in Hamilton County, but that he cannot characterize the settlement because of a confidentiality order.
The suit claimed the clinic broke the law by not informing the girl of risks and alternatives, failing to get parental consent and not reporting suspected child abuse.
Planned Parenthood has said the 21-year-old coach pretended to be the girl's father and gave consent by phone. He was later convicted of sexual battery.
@spec187@NATruthstudent it doesnt say that the school or pp did NOT follow the rules...they made a statement that they the newspaper did not know who reported it and that both agencies have an obligation to do so. just stating a fact....IMHO some ambiguous report writing there...how deceptive is that... wink wink did not say they did wrong but did not say they did right either....just said the newspaper did not know...how stupid is that for reporting
@spec187@NATruthstudent http://www.krem.com/news/local/Police-issue--130313963.html; I read this and it says that the girl went in with her parents???? The parents learned about the girls pregnancy from the school and then they took her to pp. the parents were involved all the way through this case and even took out a protection order to keep the guy from molesting her again...what did PP do wrong? I dont get it. In order to get anything (even if police came to my house police have to have a "search warrant" that is not unusual.
SPOKANE-- Spokane Police Detectives served Planned Parenthood with a search warrant, hoping to strengthen a child rape case with DNA evidence from an aborted fetus.
According to the warrant the detectives are trying to prove paternity by pulling DNA from the aborted fetal tissue. They want to match that DNA to an alleged rape suspect. To protect victim privacy, no names will be used.
Police records say a 15-year-old girl became pregnant by a 21-year-old man in early August. When her parents learned about the pregnancy from her school at the end of that month they took the teenager to Planned Parenthood. The pregnancy test was positive. The family and teenager decided to terminate the pregnancy. Meanwhile detectives applied for a warrant because according to documents it was possible to obtain DNA from the fetal tissue. According to detectives, if they pull the DNA they can match it to prove paternity, and prove the allegation of third degree rape of a child. DNA testing can take several weeks and will likely be done with the help of the medical examiners office and the Washington State Crime Lab.
It's unclear who initially reported the alleged rape, but both schools and Planned Parenthood have to follow reporting laws.
The suspect in the case has not yet been charged.
The family of the victim obtained a sexual assault protection order against the man.>>
